Step 1. Have a poison apple
Step 2. Not be a chunky monkey at sneaking
Step 3: (optional) have multiple of the same scroll and know how to use the scroll duplication glitch and dupe your poison apples to have 3 billion of them as backups
Step 4: Now that you have your poison apples, put them inside of the inventory of the person you want to kill, wait for them to take a bite of that cold delicious delight, and OOMPH. You will notice that you will not get any message about killing and the path of the righteous and nerdy goody two-shoes stuff.
Step 5: Profit.
