I thought I might create this as I don’t see any guides that do a complete list of all the achievements….at least ones that are finished
All the other guides that I’ve linked to belong to their rightful owners and if you’d like for me to remove it please let me know

Solve the first riddle
You’ll achieve this after solving the first riddle in the side mission ‘Enigma Conundrum’
Rescue the first hostage from Riddler
You’ll achieve this after saving the first hostage in the side mission ‘Enigma Conundrum’
Rescue the second hostage from Riddler
You’ll achieve this after saving the second hostage in the side mission ‘Enigma Conundrum’
Rescue the third hostage from Riddler
You’ll achieve this after saving the third hostage in the side mission ‘Enigma Conundrum’
Rescue the fourth hostage from Riddler
You’ll achieve this after saving the fourth hostage in the side mission ‘Enigma Conundrum’
Rescue the fifth hostage from Riddler
You’ll achieve this after saving the fifth hostage in the side mission ‘Enigma Conundrum’
Rescue all hostages from Riddles
You’ll achieve this once you’ve saved all the hostages in the side mission ‘Enigma Conundrum’

Combat
Complete one combat challenge without taking damage (any character)
If you need some help Zsoki made a guide with some tips
Perform a perfect combo including all of batman’s combat moves (any play mode)
If you need some help Kalesz made a guide with some useful tips
Use 5 different Quickfire gadgets in one fight (any play mode)
The gadgets you can use are Batarang, Bat Gel, Grapple, Electrical chrage and Freeze blast
All these ones can be completed in Harley’s Revenge
Zip Kick 5 different thugs
This can be done over the course of the campaign
Shield Bash 5 different thugs
This can be done over the course of the campaign
Snap Flash an unarmed thug, an armed thug, an environmental object and a Titan
The unarmed thugs are the ones you usually see everywhere, armed thugs are the ones with guns, the environmental objects is found next to the sniper you need to pass during the campaign and the Titan is found as the final battle
Defuse all bombs in 3 minutes or less

Use 5 different Quickfire gadgets in one fight as Robin in Harley Quinn’s Revenge
These don’t have to be used in one combo, just one fight. The gadgets you must use are Zip Kick, Explosive Gel, Snap Flash, Bullet Shield and Shuriken
Misc
Complete New Game Plus
You can unlock New Game Plus once you’ve completed the main campaign once (on Normal or Hard)
A moment of remembrance

Have 12 Murderous dates with Calender Man

Complete every challenge in Arkham City – Main Story, Side Missions, Upgrades, Collectables, New Game Plus and Riddlers Revenge (as Batman)
Collect all of Batman’s gadgets and upgrades
You can get these through completing the main campaign, side missions and leveling up
Destroy all Harley Balloons
