Achievements through story mode
Achievements that are made based on story are

These achievements CANNOT be no matter how much u get ditched
Achievements related pick ups
Two achievements that can be obtained by collecting notes, clues and reffering to all observer points

**!! Outstanding observer
** Collector ::
check the pics ,considering u get all the notes ,clues that i have shown below the achievement should unlock in the last chapter during the segment when a smoker plays piano and disappear
The following notes are in proper order cross check urs while in game:
As the you pick up the last note as as the picture above the achievement unlocks and by the time you pick these u would have got all the clues too

that is all the notes and clues you can collect in the game !!!!
**!! Outstanding observer
All you have to do is move ur mouse everywhere ,where ever you go and click on the eye icon i think the noticable points are the noticeboards in prologue ,chapter 1 ,2 and mostly check the notice boards in the back of wei class room for both the notes and clues.

(An Achievement regarding phone )
you just have to dail 119 or 110 while using a phone , make sure you move ur mouse slowly sometimes it may not work properly
Achievements based on endings
There are two types of endings depends on what you choose ill explain the details below check it out

There are total “4” dialogues scenes even a single mistake will not get you the achievements the following are
** losing myself
** to escape
** take hold of your destiny
** try to take them back

If you choose any other options other than mentioned above you will get this achievement.

Endings Achievement tips ::
Most favourable way is to get the good ending 1st and go for bad ending , sometimes it wont work if you get bad ending first and more over you can save game before achoosing any options when you get here –
so save before moving having conversation.
