Overview
I’m still a beginner so I can’t write anything to help you about the game’s mechanics or discuss things to improve how you play a certain character. For now I’ll just publish this guide for unlocking achievements, I’m still not done with the 100% yet but I’d like to thank the community for contributing. I wouldn’t have been able to complete this by myself so putting up this guide also helped me with the hidden achievements. For more discussions about the game just join the Official Group.
Any Mode
There are 12 achievements that can be unlocked in any game mode (yeah, you can unlock them if you play Network mode; under player matches or even ranked matches), these are unlocked by performing ground recovery, ex guard, shield cancel with an attack, ex shield, shield bunker, shield counter, a combo finished with reverse beat, charge-up (100%); won a round with Another Arc Drive, activated Last Arc, etc. This guide will cover the ones that are unlocked by playing ARCADE mode and some specific characters; the hidden ones and lastly, some miscellaneous ones.
For those starting out, I suggest you visit one of the pinned topic in the discussions. It covers the basics, moon styles, meter management and pressure (Rokunaya), and some character guides.
ARCADE
If you want to do it fast and easy, you may choose to set the difficulty to easiest, win count to 1, and damage level to highest. For those looking for more challenge, feel free to ramp the difficulty and win count up, with the lowest damage level for some excruciating slugfest.
Also,please note that RoastBeef and Neco-Arc have two story modes.
The second story mode will play once you completed their story the first time.
Character-Specific
For anyone hunting these achievements, kindly check the command list first for whichever character you are using before trying to ask thru the comment section. You can view it in-game in any mode by pressing start and then, navigating to the command list, this will save both your time and whoever is kind enough to answer your question. For outside sources, Mizuumi[wiki.mizuumi.net] is what I’ve found to be the most helpful wiki, just check any character you want and then choose a moon style.
There are 30 (non hidden) character specific achievements. Most of them are easy to do as long as you have read the description. I’ll just go with ones that are not so obvious; if you are having difficulty with any, just leave a comment so we can add in more of the harder ones. I unlocked most of them on ARCADE and VERSUS mode. They seem not to unlock if you try to do them by playing against 2P, I don’t know if they work on NETWORK mode though.
This requires Arcueid to land her Last Arc which for her is achieved by performing an EX-Shield in the air on either Tohno Shiki or Nanaya Shiki.
You need to use Akiha’s 22ABC (her fire pit) and get the enemy to stand in it (don’t activate the pit, just set it). It will take multiple uses.
This requires Hisui to land her Last Arc Hisui’s Last Arc is achieved by performing an EX-Shield standing on her opponent.
For this achievement,reducing the damage in the options and increasing the round time is recommended.
Pick F-Wallachia and charge up until you activate max heat (NOT Blood Heat) then use your Night on the Blood Liar (Unzamity)
Repeat the process 3 times.
I’m putting this here because a lot of players seem to have some difficulty with it. Try to wait until Scorch the Beast or Scorch the Gallopping Beast subsides, do not try to rush and do it fast in succession. The counter seems to be bugged so have patience and again, don’t rush.

The joke is that all of these weapons are references to Phantasy Star Online from when Melty Blood was published by SEGA.
This proves to be quite a tricky one if you are bad at execution. I don’t remember how exactly how I did it, I’m not good at the game so I somehow mashed some buttons to get another Flashing Sprint: Six Hares in. Just now I was able to do it under training mode with the opponent on the corner using 623C 623C. Can anyone confirm if this does unlock on training or can it only be unlocked on ARCADE mode?
This requires Satsuki to land her Another Arc Drive (or more simply put, the Blood Heat version of her Arc Drive) on either Tohno Shiki or Nanaya Shiki.
It seems like you won’t be able to meet White Len and Arcueid Brunestud when playing as Len and Tohno Shiki on ARCADE mode. So, I recommend doing Reduced Sugar and I’ll have you take responsibility for killing me, okay on versus mode so you can also pick your opponent.
This maybe quite hard if you are trying to do 7,000 damage on default settings. By modifying the damage level under the options to high or higher, you can lessen the difficulty of dealing tons of damage with a combo.

Hidden
Game’s got 31 characters but only 30 character specific achievements? Well, it is unfair if someone[typemoon.wikia.com] didn’t have it! Go to training mode choose Kohaku and let her sit down for a really long while, that, or you can make the dummy crouch. This may take more than 10 minutes, you’ll have to listen to all three of her plans, if you are unlucky and she keeps on repeating what she just said it may take you more than 30 minutes. Have as many perfect stages (4 or more) as you can before finishing stage 7. You’ll get it when Archtype:Earth challenges you.

I suggest you do this with one of the hidden achievements.
Choose any character and play him/her/it with crescent style. Choose the character again and play with half moon style. Finally, choose that character again and play using full moon style.
If you already played ARCADE mode with all the characters but still did not unlock this, check the stages that are available in VERSUS mode. Then, go to TRAINING mode and start playing whichever stages were not included. If it still did not unlock, you are unlucky and you have to play VERSUS on random stages.
Don’t forget join the Official Group, and enter the group’s chat room whenever you play if you want to discuss things about the game. To do that you just have to follow the game on its store page and then check your groups. Anyone can post a comment or add me to their friendlist but utilizing the group chat can make things more convenient.

基本操作（大部分模式可用，11个成就）
这12个成就在大部分的游戏模式可解锁（网络模式/人机模式/街机模式），
依次来说是地面受身，完成EX guard.，Shield-Counter并反击，完成 EX Shield，完成 Shield Bunker，完成 Shield Counter，完成一个反向的连段，集气（100%）；用AD、AAD、LA赢了一个回合，以及一个隐藏成就（后续会讲），对于新人而言我建议访问中文维基上的基本操作来了解以上基本知识。之后就能很简单的完成以上除了隐藏外的成就了。

街机模式（3个成就）
街机依次是
1.首次完成街机模式
2.最高难度完成街机模式
3.用全部角色完成街机模式（月型区别不考虑，只考虑角色）
如果想要快速完成，在设置里难度调成最容易，回合获胜数调成1，伤害等级调成最大。
如果想要挑战自己。可以做一下相反的设置
另外，请注意，栗子（Riesbyfe）和教授猫（Neco-Arc）有两个故事模式。
第二个故事模式将在第一次通关后解锁
角色限定（30个成就）
关于这些角色限定的成就，请首先确保阅读过了中文维基或者看过了出招表（任何模式按开始就能看），这样能节省您的时间和解答者的时间。

一共有30个（除了一个隐藏）角色限定的成就。只要你读了以上的资料，大部分都很容易做。
需要注意的只有以下几点：
1.模式 ——只能是联网模式或者街机模式或者人机模式。
2P模式和训练模式肯定不行的。
2.月型。有些成就经过我试验只能特定模式完成，英文版指南似乎没说，我将会在下文稍微提一下。

紫苑单局用手枪射30次，236A/B/C就行，很简单
远野志贵十七分割公主 （就是对公主使用AD）
赤主秋叶22A/B/B 15次 这里的坑在于22的血池自然结束才行。不能被打断也不能接22使得它结束，因此建议用半月，因为半月22时间短
白len变猫一次。按22D即可
两仪式近身发动直死魔眼・七景终落 近身AAD就行
公主对七夜志贵或者远野志贵使用十八分割（LA）。这名字是吐槽的，空中D就行
都古一个连段中使用2次EX版（就是有气时候的C版） 这里的坑在于满月模式做的不算。这个随意打，比如新月236C接623C就行
机械翡翠单轮比赛使用电锯，军刀，扇子，喷火器和霰弹枪。分别对应C 2C jB j2C j214A 只能新月模式做
红魔单轮比赛使用5次EX版。这个有气随便做
琥珀x机械翡翠单轮比赛使用22A/B/C 共10次。也很好做
新月学姐AD打康。就是别人出招时候你AD就行。注意这里又是满月做不了
瓦叔单局内使用三次AD，注意这里不是AAD
七夜志贵一个连段内使用2次六兔（623A/B/C）注意这里又是要求新月，我满月练了半天双升龙都不跳成就。新月 623A 不派生接623C就行，随便打
栗子一个连段伤害7000，把伤害调最高。和AI对战就行。这个我当时新月解锁的不过伤害不是很稳定。满月2A 5B 6B 5C 214EX 623B比较稳。7800~8800都能出。
公主猫单局22A/B/C召唤20只猫
远野秋叶单轮吸MC100.使用22A/B/C就行
教授A别人666下，这个是累计任务。只需要时间
五月对远野志贵或者七夜志贵使用AD
罗阿22a/b/c蓄力 20次 实测不需要20次
教授猫拿烟烫人。按住3就行。
双子战前换人。游戏正式开始前22D换人就行

去训练模式的选择琥珀，按住方向下让她持续坐在地上一段时间后（这可能需要10分钟以上），就会听到琥珀自言自语的随机讲她的三个计划。

这是个隐藏关卡。
街机模式的前1-6场，每场都要获得半数个S评价（用AD、AAD、LA终结）或者无伤。第7场打完一局就直接开启隐藏关，乱入月蚀模式的地球姬
100连击成就，就是基本操作里面那个隐藏成就。

选一个角色、试一下三种月型就行
街机模式全人物通关后，会解锁隐藏场景，然后训练模式随机个几十次（场景加载进去后就切角色出来就可以了）当全部随机完后就解锁了。
