2. Extract the downloaded file to your save folder

3. Load 100th_Anniversary save in the main menu
4. Game Tasks
- Purchase Naturalists in Baltimore and New York with Faith. End your turn.
- Move Naturalists to the highlighted tiles.
- Designate both National Parks.
5. Ending
You should get the achievement right after designating a second National Park.
