Overview
Hello, This guide is about the detection system in Brain/Out, or fog of war system. This is made to help players figure out how detection works so that they may be smarter during a match!
Basics
The detection is how players are spotted, either through a wall or in front of you.
There are Three ways that you can be spotted.

You can be seen by line of sight, gunfire, or walking on a surface, ladders, grenades, and crouching does not trigger detection.
How to avoid detection
There are multiple ways to avoid being detected.
You can unlock the perk, “Silent Footsteps” for quick play, which allows you to not be heard while moving.
Crouching makes you quiet while also breaking line of sight in some circumstances.
This can make your weapon completely silent, allowing you to not be seen through walls while shooting your weapon.
You cant be heard or seen if you’re too sneaky 🙂
Scenarios
You will be put in scenarios where detection will play a factor, mostly because its most of the game.
You see a target, what is he doing?
In a scenario like this, line of sight will be met and both players will see each other.
The person facing the other player, which is facing away from them, will be able to see the enemy, while the enemy is oblivious to him, unless they make a noise.
They cannot see each other until they make noise or turn around, in which case they cannot damage one another unless there is a grenade, C4, or a claymore planted
Conclusion
I hope you learned something and/or understood the detection system better from this guide, thank you for reading 🙂
