Overview

I will teach you Things about the galaxy And ship designs i found usefulMost Pictures From The Kerbal Space Program Wiki (Not Wikia. The Wiki. Like Wikipedia)I will not go into complicated things. Only basic things. I will be telling you about the planets (and the other things) and not the math included with them. This Guide is Math Free! (Mainly Because Im Bad At Math)I spent HOURS on this guide. Please enjoy! If i missed anything Please tell me!

Welcome! Here i will teach you about the Kerbal Galaxy and what to do there.

This Wont Teach You How To Land. However It will teach you other things.
Most Of These Are Helpful Tips Or Ship Designs. Lets Begin

Kerbin

Ah.. The Home planet of the kerbals. You Begin here. Not much is needed to say about this planet.
It is one of the planets in the Solar System (Duh). It is VERY important. You Start Here (As Said Earlier)
Moving On To The Mun

Mun

Ah mun… My most landed planet and the easiest to get to.
Low Gravity makes for bouncing around. Very rocky terrain.
And thats all i have to say.

Minimus

Minumus. Kerbins 2ND moon (I dont like minumus so this is short)
You may not know this exsists if you only pay attention to the place you are going on the map. It is a Tiny Cyan speck in the sky. It looks like a kerbin with different continents and blueish (Whatever That Color is)… Anyways moving on.
This was the first place i landed on actually.

Kerbol

The Sun In KSP. Did you know Sol Means Sun In Greek.
Sol + Kerbal = Kerbol!
So thats how the name was formed.

Even with ALL cheats enabled you STILL explode at -250M. It Even Says (In The Death Log Thingy) “crashed into the surface of the sun”. Nice On KSP. It used to be (0.7.3) a red light in the sky. You couldnt go to it because it wasnt a planet. It was only a light in the sky. As of Version 0.11 It became a yellow ball in the sky. You could go on it. But You just fell through. Moving On

Eve

Ah Eve. I LOVE Eve. It has a thick Athmosphere. It Has the greatest surface gravity. It is covered in oceans made out of “Explodium”. According to the ingame description the athmosphere is toxic.
It has 1 Moon. A Captured Asteroid Named Gilly
With very low gravity. Literally a jump and a small jetpack boost can get you out

Gilly

This is not much of moon at all. Though it orbits eve. It is “The Smallest Celestial Body In The Kerbol System” (From Wiki). You can easily escape It. Even EVA can escape it! It has VERY low gravity. The lowest. You can jump over 1000 Meters! And it takes 200 seconds to get back to the ground! Jetpacks are Needed to quickly move over the surface. It launches you over 7 Meters into the air with each step! Landing Is Very Hard because its surface. (It IS an asteroid after all).
You should send Satilite out to orbit the place (and find the best landing spot) before setting off to find (And land on) Gilly.

Jool..

Moving on to Jool. Jool Has 5 Moons! I wont go into detail but heres a list
1 Laythe (Water)
2 Vall
3 Tylo
4 Bop
5 Pol

This Gas Giant Is Unlandable (Duh)
In Versions following 0.23 The Craft is destroyed at -250M like the sun.
If you cheat onto it and do EVA report it will ask you how you got there.

Moho

Most notable For its deep Mohole. This planet can get up to 572F (300 Celsius)
It has NO moons. It is very close to kerbol. It gets that hot because it has no athmosphere (Parachutes not recommended)
Moho = Mercury
Mohole is a terrain glitch that would be too hard to fix so they just slapped a biome on it.
The Mohole is very large. You cant miss it. If you dont know about it you may think its a HUGE crater.

Eeloo

It is a very snowy planet. The wiki doesnt have much to say about it so im not going to do much.

Duna

This Mars type planet named Duna Is red and white.
There is a Kerbal Face on Duna!
Under The Surface There Is A Camera shaped like Curiosity.

Ike is the moon that orbits it.
Like Eve, it has athmosphere.

Ike

This is the last moon on the list!
-Insert NASA Celebrating here- (I spent like 5 minutes trying to find a video of just celebrating XD Also GIFS)
Anyways.
It has rocky slopes and no athmosphere. I will get through the last planets (This and the other) quickly so we can get onto the other things. (Honestly the Planets section took me longer then i expected.) There is a Magic Boulder Or There WAS. It disappeared when you got close. It sadly got removed.

Dres

We have made it to the end of the planets section! (This isnt the last thing in the guide though.)
This Will have little information (Because i wanna get on to other things)
Its a rocky planet. The end

Ok So This Is How To Install Mods. (This is how i did it)
Ok so download the mod. Easy.
Then open the KSP folder.
Open Up GameData
Put the file in
Start Game
Victory

Tips (By Me)

If Using HyperEdit then you should not waste time by teleporting to the planet.
(If you want to do a film or just a small trip without all the Easy manuvering)

MOD F12 Activates Debug Menu
