Introduction
And like always, I have ripped all locations from the wikia because I’m a selfish narcissist who feels better when people praise me; and because I have no talent whatsoever, stealing other people’s work and claiming it as my own seems like the best method to work around that. Ahem.
And before I reveal any more about my true, horrible self, let’s get down to book hunting (Yes, people say that now).

Brewer’s Beer Bootlegging
One is found in the cellar, in the back room with the sign, on a table with the chemistry kit to the left.
Camp Forlorn Hope
A copy of the book is found in the Command Center, in the far right corner, on the desk.
HELIOS One
A copy of the book is given to you as a reward for distributing power through the network during the quest, That Lucky Old Sun.
Nipton Hall
One is found on the desk in Mayor Joseph B. Steyn’s office which is on the top floor.
REPCONN Headquarters
One is located on the ground floor through the door next to the radioactive barrel display. There is another door behind the counter that has a Hard lock where inside is the book lying on a shelf.
Executive Suites 
One is found on a bookshelf in Vera’s room, in the Executive Suites area of the Sierra Madre Casino.
Y-0 Research Center 
A copy of the book is in a corner of the canyon south of the Y-0 building, between two Xander Root plants by the hand of a skeleton.
Ashton Silo Control Station 
A copy of the book is in the north corner of Launch Deck Level 3 of Silo wreckage, just past a safe with a Hard lock.

One is found at the East Chapel, down in the gecko-filled basement, on the floor at the foot of some metal shelves.
Goodsprings
A copy of the book can be found in the Goodsprings Home used by both Trudy and Sunny Smiles, east from the Schoolhouse, on a bookshelf.
NCR Sharecropper Farms
One is found on some papers, by the corner desk inside the Sharecropper Barracks near the four water towers in the north-east corner of the fenced in area.
Vault 3
A copy of the book is found in the Living Quarters, right after you come down the stairs from the recreation area. It will be through a door with a Average lock, upon which, turn right on the second shelf.
Puesta del Sol Switching Station
One is found in the eastern most room of the switching station where there is a large machine on the south side of the room. The book is located on the catwalk that runs around the machine. It is the only portion of catwalk in this room that you have to jump to.
X-13 Research Facility
A copy of the book is found on the floor, opposite the door in the room where you get the chest plate for the sneak suit.
Additionally, another copy of the book can be found in the reward safe upon completion of all the Stealth Suit tests.
Sunstone Tower
One is located on a bookshelf facing the wall on the south-east landing up one flight of stairs from the ground floor interior entrance.

If you head to the right from the main entrance, through the pool room, up the stairs, there will be a copy lying on a bed.

One is inside Hell’s Motel, below the globe with a hat, on the table with the radio and repair kit.
Novac
A copy of the book is in the middle of the queen-sized bed, inside Ranger Andy’s bungalow.
Villa Clinic
One is found inside the Villa Clinic basement, in a tool cabinet next to some fire extinguishers.
Buried Buildings
A copy of the book is found just after exiting the Cave of the Abaddon in the south corner under a nightstand in the room with the bed and the exit to The Divide.

Abandoned Brotherhood Of Steel Bunker
A copy of the book is found in the metal sill, opposite the reloading bench, in the area with the office.
Puesta Del Sol Switching Station
A copy of the book can be found on the ground next to the corpse at the computer terminal that controls the speakers in the southernmost portion of the map. There is a tripwire trap just in front of the corpse.
Hopeville Missile Silo Bunker
When walking into the room with the first missile, a copy of the book is located to the left in some rubble.

A copy of the book is found on the table next to Comm Officer Lenk.
Sloan
One is found in the Worker Barracks, on the top shelf to your left as you enter.

A copy is stuck underneath the bed in the same room where you first meet Dean Domino.
Collapsed Overpass Tunnel
One is found just south of the exit to The High Road, behind some sand bags. The book is in a crate, hidden underneath a teddy bear.

A copy of the book is located at the back of the barracks, on a small table under a ruined book.

One is located inside the shack, in the wooden crate next to the door.

A copy of the book is lying on the small metal table between the sofas by the pool table, in the armoury common room.

One is found by heading to the second floor and jumping onto the support beams. From there, jump down into the cashier’s caged area. The book is on the floor behind the cashier’s desk.

A copy of the book is located underneath the desk in north-east corner.

REPCONN Headquarters
A copy of the book is found on the first floor, in the room that requires a skill of either 100 Lockpick or Science to access (There are actually alternate methods to accessing the room, but I can’t be bothered to type them).
Additionally, there is also a second copy on the second floor, on the left, at the first door. It will be lying on a desk with a lit computer.
Sierra Madre Casino Vault
To get to this copy; right before you enter the vault door turn around, and jump down to the pipes below the walkway. There is a duffle bag with the book inside. The only way back is to go east from the bag and jump on the valved pipe then back to main platform.
Hopeville Missile Base Headquarters
One is found in the first room, on a wooden shelf directly on the right after entering the area, hidden underneath a burned book.

A copy of the book is located in the north-east corner of the third room, behind a set of tipped-over lockers.

One is located through a cellar door on the eastern wall of the building, downstairs on a table near some mutilated body parts, on the north-west wall.

A copy of the book can be found if you head behind the bar to the third floor, where it is located on top of a tool cabinet in the south east room with the Auto-Doc.

A copy of the book is found inside the Hopeville Men’s Barracks, in the toilets underneath an upturned box.

One copy of the book is found in a box between a duffle bag and metal box.

I suppose this guide has now reached it’s conclusion (And I put ‘suppose’ in the possibility that I’ve missed a location, in which case, I’m never going to correct that, so deal with it).
