You start the game, everthing is nice, you start an new game and then get Access Violation Error?
Well, just simply remove the “GameOverlayRenderer.dll” from your Main Steam-Folder. Where this Folder is depends where you installed Steam! If you used the “standard” installation it should be somewhere like in this example: “ C:Program Files (x86)Steam “
p.S I never noticed an differrence between deleteting the 64bit .dll or the classic one… so… delete all if you want to >.>
No, this won’t damage your Steam-Account since its only the .dll for the Overlay… and it will be replaced after you restart Steam…

Du startest das Spiel, alles läuft bestens bis Du ein Neues Spiel anfängst und aufeinmal eine “Access Violation” Fehlermeldung bekommst?
Nun, dann lösche einfach die “GameOverlayRenderer.dll” aus Deinem Haupt-Steam-Ordner. Wo dieser Ordner ist hängt davon ab wo Du Steam installiert hast! Standardmäßig sollte der Pfad ähnlich aussehen wie in diesem Beispiel: “ C:Program Files (x86)Steam “
Dies wird auch nicht Deinem Steam-Account schaden da es, wie man erahnen kann, nur die .dll ist für das Overlay und diese .dll, normalerweise, ersetzt wird nach einem Steam-Neustart.
p.S Mir ist bis jetzt machte es bei mir keinen Unterschied ob ich die 64bit Version der .dll lösche oder die “Normale”… Löscht von mir aus beide wenn ihr wollt ^^
