Achievements for killing

Butcher
Kill 10/15/40/100 enemies with a knife.

Knife is default weapon, which you have the whole game. You will get all of this at the middle of 2 act. Some levels are hard to finish by brute force.

The best shooter of the West
Kill 10/15/40/100 enemies with a revolver.

Revolver is another default weapon. It is very common but if you want to gain it faster there is arena mode, where Revolver is given from the start.

Cruelty in the flesh
Kill 10/15/40/100 enemies with a shotgun.

First place to farm kills for shotgun is Act 1 Episode 6.

Crazy Lord of explosions
Kill 10/15/40/100 enemies with a dynamite.

Act 1 Episode 6 is the best place for this. There is a dynamite near to entrance and 3 enemies are playing cards.

Throw the dynamite between them to get 2-3 kills instantly. While farming kills with dynamite you will probably get achievements:

Smash the bottles and burn the corks
Break 10/30/70/100 bottles.

There are plenty of them in the room with players.

Everything is for supper today
Kill 10/40/100 animals.

Act 1 Episode 7 is the best variant for this achievements.

There are 4 horses and 6 pigs.

sniper
Kill 10/15/40/100 enemies with a rifle.

You will get rifle in Act 2 Episode 1.

Chief would be proud of you
Kill 10/15/40/100 enemies with a bow.

You will get rifle in Act 2 Episode 8. Arrows for bow are rare, so try to get as many kills as possible here.

Cash and missable achievements

Businessman
Earn 10/30/50/100$

You can earn cash from enemies, tables and repetitive tasks.

Hunky
Complete 10 repetitive tasks.

There are repetitive tasks almost in every town. First opportunity is Act 2 Episode 1. Its here:

Crackjack
Buy all perks.

You must buy them all during 1 playthrough.
Act 2 Episode 1. Arsenal perk for 44$
Act 3 Episode 7. Dodger perk for 40$
Act 3 Episode 11. Rat King perk for 32$
Act 4 Episode 6. Cuirass perk for 34$
Act 4 Episode 10. 12 is better then 6 for 34$

Total 184$

What? Story?
Skip 5/15/40 dialogs.

Press E to skip dialog. There are 2 episodes in Act1, where dialog starts near the entrance. For example Episode 17. You can restart it to get all of this faster.
