Story Achievements

These are the achievements you’ll get naturally. Just play Sonic’s story to completion and you’ll rassle em all up.

Knuckles the Echidna
Become scared of friends with Knuckles

Amy Rose
Become restraining ordered friends with Amy Rose

E-102 “γ”

– Potential bug that hinders unlocking: “I recommend to you create new [save file], unlock Tails story, and go through it before meeting with Big.” @SinedNikral

Sonic the Hedgehog
Gotta go fast. Clear the Sonic story.

Completion Achievements

None of these achievements are particularly hard, just time consuming so don’t overthink it and don’t get frustrated.

Supersonic
As straightforward as it gets. Just complete each character’s stories. Some can be mindnumbing but just stick with it. If you get stuck, I’ll refer you to this excellent guide over on GameFAQ.[www.gamefaqs.com] If that don’t cut it, head on over to YouTube, plenty of walkthroughs for each individual character.

The Fastest & Strongest
Get Level A on all the Action Stages. The action stages are the segments where you zip and zoom, like Emerald Coast, and give you a score at the end so just keep trying em out until you get an A run. Remember, it’s about as much about gotta go fast speed as it is about maintaining a high level of rings.

Sub Game Master
Get all Emblems of the Sub Games. After beating each character’s story, you’ll get a mini-game from their adventure on the main-menu in the Sub Game area. Just toy with those until you get the emblems for each. Check out this guide if you have difficulties.[www.xboxachievements.com]

Chao’s Best Friend
Get all Emblems of the Chao Race. Chao have four main stats tested on four main courses:
Pearl Course (Power), Amethyst Course (Flying), Sapphire Course (Power and Swimming), and Ruby Course (Swimming).

Once you get the top scores in each of those, you’ll get the Emerald Course which is a test of all skills. Just work hard on getting your Chao all big and strong. Keep at it for a bit and you’ll have the achievo in no time.

The Adventurer
Get all Emblems in the Adventure Field. If you don’t feel like hunting around for emblems, just watch this video.

Personally I’d recommend going on an adventure for em and feeling the satisfaction when you get em all on your lonesome.
There are 12 emblems. 4 each in Station Square, Mystic Ruins, and on the Egg Carrier.

Hyper G on GameFaq[www.gamefaqs.com] has their locations described in depth if you’d like to find a middleground between adventure and having help.

The Perfect Adventurer
This requires collecting all the emblems which you should have if you finished all the previous parts of the guide. Here’s the rundown on what you need to have done:

  • Finish all Action Stages
  • Finish each Character’s Adventures
  • Finish Super Sonic’s Adventure
  • Complete all Sub-Games
  • Collect all 12 Emblems in the Adventure Zone.
  • Win all Chao Jewel races

Epilogue Achievements

Don’t bother looking here unless you’ve gotten all 130 Emblems.

Metal Sonic
You unlock Metal Sonic after having collected all 130 Emblems. Go to the Trial Mode, select what should appear as a question mark and then begin a level to unlock this guy.

Metal Sonic Master
Get Level A on all the Action Stages by using Metal Sonic. Now you’ve just got to beat all the Trial Mode levels with Metal Sonic. They are the exact same as normal Sonic so you should have a good grip on em already.

Mission All Accomplished
Clear all 60 missions. From the main menu you should have a Mission Mode selection. Just pop into each character and find the various cards located in the world, knock em out (they’re easy), and you should be all done.

If any clarification or extra depth are needed, feel free to ask in the comments below. These achievements are not too intensive, as I stated before, it’s simply a matter of time getting em all done.
