Overview
For those who are having trouble (or are just lazy) to look for all Documents, Relics and GPS Caches, here’s my save files for you to get the “No Stone Left Unturned” achievement easily. Just complete the final part of the game.

First, you disable Steam Cloud synchronization for Tomb Raider.
Here are the save files for you to get the “No Stone Left Unturned” achievement:

Remember to backup your own save files, before you replace it with this.
You can find your save files located at:
C:Program Files (x86)Steamuserdata<Your Steam ID folder>203160
All you need to do is to play the final part, kill the final boss and finish the game (should take about 20 minutes including cut scenes) and you will get the achievement.
You should see it pop up before the credits roll.
