DreadOut Guide

Act 1 and Act 2 Complete Walkthrough for DreadOut

Act 1 and Act 2 Complete Walkthrough

Overview

A walkthrough of 100% completion of the game. This guide includes Achievements, item hunting, ghost hunting and ghosts lore.

Notice before playing the game

The game doesn’t apply your graphic settings when you exit the game. You will need to re-apply the settings everytime you start the game. If not, the game would apply the lowest settings and even disable V-sync. You just need to hit apply because the settings itself is saved but not applied. Confirmed still not fix in the v2.2.8 build no.735538

Basic Gameplay

Before you play the game, you should read the “How-to-Play” section whether you’re a veteran Fatal Frame player or a new player. There is some differences in the basic mechanics between the two that might give veteran player false lead.

Daytime Sequence Act 1

When you first arive before the broken bridge, you will take the role of Linda Melinda (our protagonist) who went on a vacation with her classmate but ended up stranded in a no-name deserted town.

Now first, you should exaust all of the NPCs dialogue (except for Doni because it will trigger the story progression) Talking to Ira a second time will trigger her to ask you to take her picture. This will earn you your first Achievement; “BFF”. The second Achievement is kind of a pain since it requires you to run without stopping (break intervals when Linda is fatigue doesn’t count as stop). You can achieve this by running away from the bridge from where you came from. This one will earn you “Olympian Medalist” Achievement. Once you obtained the achievement, just continue to walk straight and it will lead you back to the bridge.

kinda freaky how the game lets you wonder off but return you to the same spot huh?

Before continuing the story, don’t forget to at least save one photo to the gallery. This will save the photo from being deleted automaticaly when you exit the game and it will earn you an Achievement; “Cloud Connected”

Now, by talking to Doni the second time, he will walk towards the bushes. Talking to him again will make him wander into the bushes and reveal the story path.

After arriving at the other side of the bridge, you will hear a dialogue talking about the town’s condition. By this time, if you decide to hear out the dialogue, Doni will be long gone ahead of you. But don’t worry, he won’t be dead anytime soon. You can choose to hear this or keep going into the town since it will not effect anything.

At this time, a cow bell will ring. It’s the ringtone for your journal updating.

The first collectible you can find is at a small store/houses on the right side of the road. The-last-house-of-the-line door’s can be opened and contain a Soldier’s Medal for Amir. The name of the store is Mr. Loose btw.

The second Medal of Jono is found at the gas station again at the right side of the road. It’s located near the bus on the concrete floor. You can’t miss it.

Now, across from the gas station, there’s a store called “Toko Agung 09” or “God’s Store” in english. If you venture the table and chairs on the left, you would eventually find a memo at the far back of the store.

Collecting the memo is part of the Achievement; “Tomb Reader” and it will earn you the “KEPO” Achievement.

Return outside but don’t walk away, yet. If you noticed the trees on the left (or right as you go out), you can go pass them and found an item stuck on a rock. It’s a Keris, pick it up.
The mystical item function is to decrease the length of the limbo when you died. There will be a tune randomly going off from inside the store. It’s harmless though.

A few minutes of walking (or running) and you will find a fork in the road. Don’t worry, just go straight into the park to the big statue in the middle. There will be a third Medal of Sarip.

By gathering the three Medals, you now unlocked a secret ghost fight that you can encounter in the night Sequence. I will be detailing that later.

Lastly, amongst the big-bowl-thingy on the side of the park, near the school entrance, there’s a note. Don’t forget to pick it up before entering the school.
You can go and enter the school now for the next cutscene. But there is a small easter egg if you wait for all of the guys to gather infront of the school, a woman in a red dress will appear opposite of the school gates a little to the right. You can miss this easily, but don’t worry as it won’t affect any achievement whatsoever. It can be a nice picture to show off to your friends 😛

Night Sequence Act 1

Do not enter the school, yet, after the cutscene. You have the choice to venture back into the town. Head slowly to the park untill a music started, signaling a ghost encounter. The ghost fight will only trigger if you collect the 3 medals. This will be your first ghost encounter if you choose to venture back. The pocongs, as in two Pocong ghosts, will walk towards you. If you see the first pocong, immediately go away from the park. This will aggro only one of the Pocongs and save you the trouble of fighting them both at once.

Pocong
Health : 5 hits
Strategy
The safest way to kill him is to by letting him approach you close enough that static begun to show in your camera and shot him on the face. Remember, the face, not other body parts. After doing this, quickly return to third person view and run back. Do this repeatedly until he’s down and do the same with the other Pocong.

The Ghostpedia will update itself upon beating one of the Pocongs. You can read the folklore there.

Before going down the road, face Linda in the opposite position of the gates and pull out your camera to the right and then up the sky. You will notice bright little things moving. Capturing this photo will gain you “They come in peace” Achievement. This achievement can be tricky or easy depending on your luck. They can obviously spotted moving or can be hidden away blocked by the trees.

Now go down the road heading to the broken bridge. If you pull out your camera, you will notice flying ghosts (they’re harmless btw). FYI, holding up your camera long enough and you will earn the Achievement; “I scan dead people”. You can do this anytime and anywhere, ghost or no ghost at all.

Upon reaching the broken bridge, below the “Selamat Datang Di-” sign, you will notice the red vignette showing up, indicating a hostile ghost nearby. Quickly put out your camera and get ready for a second ghost fight!

Ku-ntil Anak (had to seperate the Ku- and -ntil, they were censored apparently)
Health : 5 hits
Strategy
This boss is fortunately alone. Unfortunately though, she’s invisible to the naked eye and you have to see her through the camera. She will laugh loud, telling where she is coming from (provided you have a good headphone) or you could slowly move around your camera 360 degree to find her. This is your second ghost encounter.

The next ghost to be capture is the “Young Genduruwo”. He’s at the grass road leading to your car, blocking your way. When you approach him and take his picture, you’ll get the “Attack on Titan” Achievement. Be careful while walking to take “Young Genduruwo” picture. He’ll flick Linda into limbo if you get too close to him. Although, you do need to get flicked by him to get his ghostpedia.

You may notice as you going back up the road, you will be hit by something invisible. This ghost is called “Pocong on Motorcycle”. To capture him, all you have to do is ready your camera uphill until he showed up. You may have to be patience for this one as it can be quite tricky to get him on your first try. He does move very fast.

If you done all of the above, then there is nothing else you can do in the town. Time to head into the school, finally!

School Stage Part 1 Act 1

You will watch the cutscene as your inevitable fate is sealed. The door is locked. You will be unable to return outside until the end of the game. So don’t forget to clear all of the above before going in the school.

Remember, you entered a door with no exit sign on it. This will be front of the school. And the big door away that has an “Exit” sign is the back of the school(which triggers a blue vignette when close by). I will be referring the right and left side of the school as the left-wing and the right-wing.

To continue the story, start out with heading toward the left-wing first, since the right-wing is locked off for now.

You will encounter another cutscene which is a reference to the DreadOut demo.

Walking towards the hall will ended up you meeting your first ghost (if you decided to skip out on the Night Sequence). It’s a sleeping boar beast called “Babi Ngepet” with a key dangling on its neck. If you choose to take a picture of it, it will become hostile to you immediately. Kill it by capturing his digital soul 3 times and he will run away. But if you choose to pick up the key, you will be thrown back and he will become hostile to you either way. (btw, if you take his photo while he’s stuck trying to catch you into a room, he will run away instantly instead of taking the regular 3 shots)

Now, after he has shrunk down and ran away, proceed to walk the hallway and turn left at the corner. You will find a stairway heading to the second floor. Ignore it for now and continue.

Turn left again and you will find a room with “3 Bahasa II” sign on it. Inside, you will find a memo, “Jenglot Flyer”

Return to the hallway and go straight forward until you reached a dead end. There’s a note on the ground. Pick it up.

Noticed the big crumbling hall as you pass? Head there and open a door on the far corner of the room. It opens a shortcut to the hallway where you met the boar. This may save your time later.

btw, I forgot to mention you can enter the bathroom on the first floor left-wing. Nothing is inside of it though. But it could be useful for fishing the boar into a trap and shot him.

Go back towards the stairway and go to the second floor.

The first door after turning right with the sign “Kelas 1A” is accessible, but empty. So, Ignore it.

As do with the next room with “Kelas 1B” sign, it’s empty. Moving on.

In the room with “Kelas 1C” sign however, lies a memo inside, on one of the desk. Grab it and continue walk the hall.

You may open a shortcut to the main hall at the end of the hallway. Now, you must be wondering “what is that sound ringing over and over?“. It’s the sound of the boar that you defeated earlier, back with his dangling keys.

Go back towards the hallway and open a twin door with a green wallpaper on it (near the Kelas 1C room) It will cut straight to the other hallway, but nothing is inside the room. if you go to the right after leaving the green-wallpapered room, you will find “Kelas 1D” and “Kelas 1E” room. The 1D is empty so head on to 1E.

Oh, and about that woman that groaning sound in the background? You will have to prepare mentally starting right now. Just saying.

in “Kelas 1E” there will be another mystical item called “Jenglot”. It has the basic function of the Keris you once found (decrease limbo length)

There is nothing in “Kelas 1F” room after 1E. So you can skip that and head towards the left now

You will meet a narrow, very narrow path. And the screaming before will be even louder. Pull out your camera and you will meet the ghost “Sundel Bolong”

Sundel Bolong
Health :1 hits

Strategy
The strategy for beating this ghost is you have to lure it to a wide open area without leaving your camera view (leaving camera view will make her teleport closer to you and possibly jumpscares you).

After fishing her to a wide area, take her picture once or twice then try to get to her back by leaving camera view and quickly shot her red-glowing back. You can NOT kill her without taking the picture of her back. She will follow you anywhere if you run away as long as you are on the second floor left-wing and right-wing.

Once you beat her, continue the narrow path leads to the right-wing. The “Laboratorium” room contains a memo. Get it. The room is, again, a big room that provides a shortcut to the other hallway.

The “Ruang Osis” room and “Ruang UKS” room is skipable as it doesn’t have anything inside. You’re free to explore though

Now after leaving the “Laboratorium” room, you’ll notice that a black cat is wondering in the hallway. It stops between the women bathroom and the end of the hallway of the right-wing. Opening the bathroom will uncover a strangely locked stall door (which contain an easter egg if you return later, I’ll inform you about it after)

Go to the “Ruang Guru” room right between the bathroom and the end hallway for a note. Go deeper inside and search for a closet with an E button prompt. Press it, and

Opening the end hallway door reveals you’re on top of a foyer with a broken stair. Noticed the blue vignette going off? Pull out your camera towards the big hall for a surprise.

They may seem like nonsensical red thing on the wall. But if you align it… You’ll recieve an Achievement; “All planets perfectly aligned.” And you’ll get a picture of three beautiful girls hanging out… on the ceiling, with a key inside a desk (btw, taking a picture of the cat earn you the “#cat #cute #funny #lol” Achievement).

Why three girls though when the red stain says that there are four?

Anyways, before going to get that key on the picture, lets go down the stairway on the right-wing. It leads to the first floor of the right-wing. Now if you go straight and turn right, you will see the “2 Fisika I” room. Grab the memo inside and it triggers a small ghost encounter. Don’t be afraid to put up your camera, it’s harmless.

Continue the hallway into “3 Biologi I” room to find a memo again. And finally, at the end of the hallway of the right-wing, there is a door which leads to the main hallway and a door to the right that leads to another mystical item, the last one. Grab the “Ring” near the skeleton model and return to backtrack the other part of the hallways we haven’t explore.

In “2 Sosial I” room there’s a memo, so grab it.

Next, inside the room with the red-framed door, there’s the Sundel “Bolong” ghost trying to eat what’s left of this garbage dump can offer. Take her picture and you will get the Achievement; “Stay Hungry”.

Now that the right-wing is finally explored, time to get the key in the picture.

Go down the hallway of the left-wing where the boar was sleeping at. Kill him once if you meet him and go all the way to the big room with crumbling walls. By matching the picture and the location of the room, you should have an idea where the key might be. Just search around the room and you’ll eventually find it.

The keys will fit into that closet near the picture with the three hanging girls you took. It’s on the second floor of the right-wing at the hallway where the cat wanders around.

Entering the closet will reveal a hidden room with many, many creepy stuff. Now, if you want to engage the boss, inspect the doll in the room.

School Stage Part 2 Act 1

This boss will be the hardest boss in the game. He has many health and will become aggresive when near death. My tactic is to turn off your flashlight (press F) and circle around the room until you caught sight of him. Pull out your camera and quickly shot him. Do this over and over again and pray that you don’t get caught in his cutting spree, which might lead to instant stun lock and death.

If you finally beat him, you can take the scissor on the ground and make way to where you pick up the closet key. Once there, you will find that the boar has gone to sleep and it should be easy to obtain the key on the boar neck with your scissor.

If you want to see an easter egg, remember the bathroom where the cat lies? Go there. There is a locked third stall there. Now, go to the second stall and look up towards the third stall. A teddy bear will hang there with a rope on it’s neck.

Now, your main objective is to get out of the school through the “Exit” door. Head towards there and you will be stopped by an unkown entity.

Eventually, you will go to the hallway back and see that it is blocked by a swarm of bug. Just go through it and you will be transported to an endless hallway.

The trick to escape this is you have to hold out your camera and search for a hidden door on the wall. Don’t worry about the sound, and don’t worry about getting killed the first time. She won’t bug you like the “Sundel Bolong” did.

After escaping the endless hallway, you will be teleported to the main hallway. Approach the exit and open it. A lady in a red dress will block you off. Continue trying to open the door and you will be teleported away with a swarm of bug blocking your view.

Your goal is to reach the “Exit” door before getting killed by the lady in red. After getting back to the main door, interact with the door again and you will be teleported again. This time, a rat will obstruct Linda’s movement, making you move Linda in an inverted control.

After finally reaching the door for the third time, she will be standing still at the door. Take her picture, which is the final ghost in the game, and she will disappear. At this point, if you did everything right. You will have all the standart Achievement like “Tomb Reader” for collecting all memo and “Book of the Dead” for killing all the ghost in the game.

Before opening the “Exit” door, there is a final easter egg and the last Achievement you can get right now. Remember the Teddy bear? He’s in the “2 Bahasa I” room second floor right-wing. Inside, he will sit on a chair with two knife and two other dolls. Take a picture of him and leave. You’ll notice a sound and when you see the door of the room, the two knives were thrown there.

You can now leave the school through the “Exit” door and have fun at the end of the game 🙂

Don’t forget to watch the credits until it ends. It will unlock the “Move along. Nothing to see.” Achievement.

Escaping the School Act 2

After waiting for about a year, act 2 has finally dawn to us from the heavens above :3
Enough about the cheesy dialogue, I will update a lot of the original act 1 stuff and write the guide for act 2. I am hoping to finish this before 17th february (Indonesian time), so bear with me with any misspelled word and typos.

Before anything else, I suggest you take a look at the experience settings. There are achievements that are affected by these settings. For the “Take it Easy” achievement, you need to turn all of the experience settings option on. For the “My way or the Highway” achievement, you need to do the opposite, turn all the settings off. I suggest choosing the “Take it Easy” route first since it will be easier then on your first playthrough.

Now, upon starting up the game (whether right from Act 2, or loading from Act 1) you will stand beyond the door at the end of Act 1. Just explore the area a bit until you trigger a ghost battle.

Tuyul ghost is your encounter here. They are annoying bunch and spawn infinitely. You don’t have to do anything actually. Even by standing still, you can trigger the next event. So, do what ever you want to do here till the next scene.

Btw, if you get bugged in the next scene, camera freezes on the door, just return to tittle screen, load save, and skip the bugged cutscene. Hopefully, you can get over the bugged event. (You can skip a cutscene by pressing ESC)

Now, the Tuyuls rob you of your bag and camera, follow them! Not far from the gate, you will see Doni staring deeply at the well with a corpse inside of it. Is it that cool, Doni?

You can choose to talk to Doni three times here to trigger the next event, or just run pass him. Either way, it seems he’s annoyed by you ignoring him or bugging him. Now run!
As the screenshots above show, you need to run to the double door. This section contains a lot of scripted event, so heads up.

The next area gives you much more freedom to explore. Now, this area has many references to horror games of the past. On the small house on the right, you’ll see a great scissor, a healing pack, a typewritter an old camera, a whip and a red blood symbol on the wall. You can guess what these referenced to, right?
If you don’t know these references, they all came from Clock Tower, Silent Hill? Fatal Frame, Resident Evil, Left for Dead and Castlevania in the respective order.

There is a jenglot besides the old camera, pick it up. It seems that when you collect all 3 collectible items (jenglot, ring and kriss), the limbo distance is reduced when you died.

If you continue, you will see a camera pointed at a skeleton of a man, waving.
This is a reference to an Indonesia reality show called “Dunia Lain”. To describe it in short, it’s a test of bravery. You stay at a haunted secluded place with cameras watching everywhere, from 12:00 am to 4:30 am. If you managed to survive 2 nights, you will be awarded by 200$. But if you want to give up, you wave your hand at the camera and the crew will stop the test. The original show was canceled because a contester was killed during live footage. So, take this as you will :3

After you are done in this area, continue towards the last house and another scripted event will be triggered. You don’t really need to do anything really in this scripted scene. But you do need to move when the scene says so. Doni will chase you through the house. Like before, just run straight. You don’t need to make any turn in this chase scene.

A long custscene Incoming here, Aw man, I never thought he would really die here back when I joke about it in Act 1 Walkthrough And now you can get your brand new camera! The SLR camera has some feature that your normal IrisPhone doesn’t have. By pressing F (Default) or X on an Xbox controller, you can use the flash to lighten up the area for a short second. You can do this infinitely. It has a zoom feature too, so you can capture ghost from afar without having to get the correct range to shot the ghost. Zoom in the SLR by using the mouse scroll or LB and LT on the Xbox controller.

Oh yeah, you will get the “Teenage Photographer” when you aquire the new SLR camera. Beware though, some users reported that picking up the camera, sometimes, doesn’t trigger the achievement and I have yet to found the fix for this bug.

Do you see the three Tuyuls laughing while taking selfies with your IrisPhone? Shoot them with your SLR camera. Don’t walk up to them, use the zoom. After you shot them,a bigger Tuyul will walk slowly towards you.
Big Tuyul
Health: 8 hits

Strategy
Now he will take up 8 shots to kill and can kill you in one hit, so you need to back up and shoot him from far away.

Once you finish him off, grab your bag, and the ring right outside the train. A quick tip: Pressing Q (Default) or any direction on D-pad on an Xbox controller, do a quick switch between cameras. This will be useful in the later game.

Enter the tunnel to continue to the next area once you are done here.

After running for a while, you will be greeted by many beautiful maiden and a gorgeous place to match it. Go ahead and take many screenshot as many as you want :).
Your objective here is to take a photo of 3 separated candles like in the demo and take a photo on the whole 3 at the statue once they are all lit.
First candle, go to the left where there is a gate with wings on it. You need to align the statue with the wings AND the snakes circling the statue then take its picture. It is sensitive though, so you may need to take multiple picture at different range and angles to make it work. The screen will flash and now you can take the picture of the candle on the statue to your right when you take the statue’s picture.

The second candle is located on the path to the right. You can find the keris stuck on the rock. If you collect the 3 items already, the limbo distance is shorten when you died. Now this one is simple, just take the shot of the statue and you’re done with the second one.

The third one is located around the left side from the second path entrance. It’s a bush with the black cat staring right at you. What you actually need to you here is use the SLR flash using F or X on Xbox controller and the bush will disintegrate. Move near to the logs, zoom in on the statue and viola! 3 candles lit.

Now back to the main statue at the middle. Just take its picture and you’re done. You will get the “Rest in Pieces” achievement. Continue to the next area if you are done here.

Escaping the Village Act 2

It’s a boss battle now, and quite a challenging one too. You need to take her picture first to trigger the boss battle.
Pocong Radja.
Health : 9 hits
Phase : 3

Fun fact: Pocong Radja means King of Pocong. Which is weird when you realize that ghost is a she. Or is this hinting that she is a he? Your guess is as good as mine.

Strategy
What you need to do, is to stay away as far as you can from him and shoot him with the SLR camera. It is recommended that you use the SLR camera for this fight. She only has two moves. One where she swipes her hand in a 180 degree sweep in front of her and another is her throwing small Pocongs at you. Yes, she is digging through the graves and throws dead people in their burial suits at you. You may occasionally dodge her Pocongs throwing move. Just don’t get close to her.

For the first three shoots, she will run away and small Pocongs will hop towards you. Yes, these Pocongs hop now like in the original lore. They die with one shot so this phase will be easy. For the next three shots, she will run away again and spawn a stronger version of the Pocong. The one you encounter early in Act 1 at Night . Once they are killed, you only need to shoot her 3 more times and if you want to get the “Let It Go” achievement, you need to be killed when the cutscene is going by mashing any button on the keyboard. Die 5 times and you get the achievement. You can end/survive the cutscene by doing nothing 🙂

After fighting Pocong Radja, the Mysterious Lady in Red will come from above and try to kill you if you try to take her photo. This time, you need to die by her attacks, so do what you want to do here before ending the battle.

You will enter limbo after the battle and wake up in another place. Just continue walking forward until your red vignette turned on, then aim your camera around and shoot the ghost holding the baby. She will drop a “Pengalian Makam Bayi” memo for you to pick up.

In the distance, you will see a small broken down house.

By entering it, you will trigger an event and meet up with Miss Siska and Shelly. If you talk to Miss Siska and exhaust her dialogue, you will unlock the “Stay Awhile and Listen” achivement. Now, head towards outside and turn right. You will see Ira running away from you. Follow her into the house complex.

If you noticed, your red vignette will be going off when chasing her. Take a look around with your camera and you will spot the same ghost from before crying while holding her baby. Don’t bother take her picture, it’s bugged. You just need to bump into her and she will drop her second memo “Bayi Hilang”.

Follow Ira again into the house but don’t enter yet.

We want to get the final memo from the final encounter of Matianak ghost. Go past the house Ira entered and go here.

Now capture her picture and grab the third memo, “Ibu Ketakutan”. When leaving the area, don’t run or press any button except walking forward towards the house Ira went. If you don’t follow these steps, you will trigger a glitch where the camera will went haywire or your character will run off the screen. After this final encounter with Matianak, you will earn the “Sweet Child O Mine” achievement.

Now, enter the previous house, enter the small room in the house and sit down. You can choose any dialogue in this scene but two. You should avoid this two choice: Saying “You are not Ira” 2x and “Stupid doll”. In the case of “You are not Ira” you can pick this once, don’t do it twice. But DON’T even think ONCE about picking “Stupid doll”. But well, it’s your choice I guess. If you want to enter Ira’s phone number to get the achievement, type in 6237323688. The achievement is currently broken though and it is unattainable at the moment. It is fixed as of version 2.1.0 of the game.

On your way back to meet the girls, you will encounter a flying head with it’s internal organ open. That is the Palasik guys.
Palasik
Health : Currently, I don’t know
Strategy
This fight is actually easy even if there are 3 of them. Use your SLR’s flash to stun them and take their picture. That is it 🙂
Upon beating the Palasiks, you will unlock the “Inner beauty” achievement

You should get back to Miss Siska to trigger a cutscene. After this, you can now enter the mansion with the key given by Ira. But before that, do you see those coconuts that fell onto the stair? Take a picture of them and approach the coconuts-like-object to unlock the “Got Ahead” achievement.

Entering the Old Mansion Act 2

We are finally going to enter my favorite segment of the game :3

If you are done exploring around, then you want to enter from the first door from the left. There isn’t anything in the room, so go through the next door again. As you begin walking in the corridor (or running in most cases), you will be pushed down by “something”. Now, to counteract this, you need to walk slowly towards the mirror at the end of the hallway, aim your camera at it and take the picture of your own reflection once your camera glitchs.

Oh, no. I got vibes from another asian horror movie guys. Now, do you see the mirror on the left of the corridor when you turn right? Use that to kill the ghost clinging to your back. Once you have done this 4 times, it will give up and you can enter the main hall.

You want to take a picture of this to unlock the achievement “#instafood #foodism #f00dp0rn”
To progress the story, just go to the second floor and open the double door. Some force will push you to the first floor and you will fight that ghost again.

The Second Sister
Health : 4 hits
There is a tricky achievement to get here if you want. For me, this is the hardest achievement to get in the whole game. You need to get hit by the black cat to unlock the “Cat Attack!” achievement. How? The ghost will throw you the black cat and you will need to get hit by it. It’s not as easy as it sounds just so you know <_<. The cat rarely aimed correctly at you. So to unlock this, you may need to load up your save if the ghost misses you (it is faster to load a save than to wait for her to throw the cat again).

Strategy
First strategy, you should walk around until the red vignette lights up. This means that the ghost is around you. Now pull out your SLR camera and just search around until you see the camera is glitching.

Second strategy, this is the easier strategy actually. Just stand still, use the zoom with the SLR camera and search for the glitch. Take the easy shot and you will win in no time.

After you are done with the fight, let’s continue by entering the previous door that was blocked by the ghost. Do you see the big mirror there? Do you see your reflection? Correct! It’s a false mirror. Enter the duplicate room and scour it for a key which you will need to enter back at the main hall.

When you get back, the fake mirror turns into a real mirror now! The strategy here is you need to take a picture of one of the small mirror on the wall. But don’t take its picture yet! Cause we want to get a picture of a secret ghost.
To get their ghostpedia, you need to take the wrong picture of the small mirrors. You can pick anything except this one.
You will get thrown back each time you shot a wrong mirror. This is what you want to do as the ghost in the reflection is moving towards closer to the mirror. You will get the info on their ghost in the ghostpedia automatically once you pick the wrong mirror many times enough.

Take a picture of the correct mirror once your are done here and we are going to continue into the last room of this mansion.
In this room, you will encounter the Second Sister ghost for the last time and this time, it will be a boss fight.

Second Sister
Health : 10 hits

Strategy
You need to watch the mirror to anticipate the direction she is coming at. And you actually need to take her picture not through the reflection this time, but towards her. She is quick and you may die at some point, but don’t worry. When you are out of limbo, her health doesn’t reset.

Once she is beaten. Go to the next room and sat down in front of the mirror in the bridal room. I’m sorry I can’t translate her dialogue to english, guys. She speaks too quiet :'(

Ghost List and Lore

This guide will describe the ghost location, strategy and lore for those who lust for more information. I will do my best to research the lore myself and some ghost may not have any lore at all.

After first sighting one of the Pocongs, try to lure it out by fishing it towards the road. If you move closer to the park, you will aggro two of them, making it harder to beat them. To beat him, try aiming at his head, not anywhere else, as far as your camera can glitch, then return to 3rd person view to back off. Do this repeatedly untill he’s down.
    Lore
Pocong is a spirit that roams the world, asking someone to release the knot of the “Kafan” cloth (the clothing for burrial in Indonesia) at the head. It would usually shows up beyond 6 PM after the prayer call. They would rise up their grave by hopping (because the cloth tied up their hands and legs) and flies like a white cloth being dragged in a straight line. It is one of the, if not most, famous ghost lore in Indonesia (and the most common sightings). The irony is, they actually roams the world because someone forgot to untie the knot on the head, rather than having a vengfull revenge or hate for the world.
  2. Kun-til Anak
    Encounter
At the end of the road leading to the broken bridge. Needed the three medals as well to spawn her.
    Strategy
She will be invisible and only visible with your camera up. You can track her sound, signaling her location if you have a good headphone. She is pretty easy. If you can’t track her sound, just scan the area 360 degree untill you caught a glimpse of her.
    Lore
Kun-til Anak is a ghost that once a pregnant mother who failed to give birth and die. She will appear and roam the road, alone, as a beautifull woman. Kun-til anak is believed to show up to infant and eat it alive. So, as a counter-measure, mother’s usually place scissor, knives and needle near the baby to scare away Kun-til Anak. This may explain why the Scissor ghost in the closet is so scared of the Kun-til Anak by preparing dozens of scissors beside his baby doll.
  3. Pocong on Motorcycle
    Encounter
After collecting three medals and defeat the Pocongs, it will spawn on the road to the bridge.
    Strategy
Ready your camera at the uphill until he shows up.
