This is a guide to activate the game bought from Steam. It is written in step-by-step style so that everyone can follows it easily.
Introduction
Like many of you, I didn’t pay much attentions to the forums or search the Internet about issues that may occur after purchasing this game. I had to go through Capcom online customer service, but they acted on my complaint in 1 day, and now I’m playing the game. So I’m writing this short step-by-step guide to help my fellow gamers.
Activating the game
1. Take a screenshot of the purchase confirmation email sent by Steam. Make sure that it clearly shows the From and To fields in the screenshot, along with the name and purchase price of the game.
2. Take a screenshot of game CD Key positioned next to the purchase confirmation email to prove that the CD key window is from your PC, not someone’s else. To access the game CD Key, search for the game in your Library section, right-click it and selecting “View CD Key”.
3. Go to Capcom Support[www.fuzeqna.com], and click on “Log In” on the upper left of the site. Create an account if you don’t already have one. After confirming your account and email, click on “Contact Us”, just below the “Log In” link.
4. On the next page, in the section “Your inquiry or feedback”, make sure the “Purpose of your contact” is set to “Inquiry”. Next, set “What does your question relate to” to “PC”, and below it, “Dark Void”.
5. Next, enter your description of the problem. Mention that you bought it from Steam, and that you can’t activate it using Steam CD Key.
6. Next, attach both screenshots created in Step 1 and 2 in the section “Attachments”, just below the description box that you described your problem.
7. Click Submit and wait for their reply.
