Crush 10 hatching spiders

Cardiac Surgeon

Tear out the hearts of 10 rocketeers

Chain Explosion

Kill at least 5 headless kamikazes with one explosion

Chiropractor

Break the neck of 10 soldiers

Circle of Death

Kill at least 3 enemies during a circular attack with a sledgehammer (default to the R button)

Clay Pigeons

Kill 5 cave demons while they are in the air

Decapitate the Khnum

Can be completed ONLY in co-op
To complete, both players must use the Sirian Mutilator on the Khnum

Break through 5 enemies with a shot from the Devastator - this is the grenade launcher with sniper optics

Trick Shot

Kick a humanoid enemy and kill it in midair

Up Close and Personal

Kill 20 enemies with a shotgun at close range

Useful Trophy

Kill an enemy by throwing a torn-out part of another enemy at it

Wall of Bullets

Kill 20 enemies with a minigun without pulling the trigger

Complete The Guardian of Time on Hard difficulty without dying or resuming progress from a saved point

Earn a medal in Survival mode

Get a gold medal in any Survival map

In order to get these achievements, you need to find secrets in the game and decipher the plates with the ancient Egyptian text (it will decipher itself, you just need to find it).

Find all the secrets in the campaign (excluding DLC)

Co-op

These achievements are related to the cooperative game mode.

Co-op Beginner

Complete any level of the campaign in a group of at least 2 people (where 1 is you)

Co-op Master

Complete all 12 levels of the campaign in a group of at least 2 people

Coin-op Co-op

Complete all 12 levels of the campaign in Coin-op mode on at least Normal difficulty

You can do this task on your own as well

Gold Rush

Pick up 100 coins that appear only when playing in cooperative mode

You have to pick them up on your own and in one go before you close the game client

Life Saver

Pick up 10 extra lives that appear only when playing in cooperative mode

You have to pick them up on your own and in one go before you close the game client

PvP

These achievements are associated with conditions that often require hostile interaction with other players.

Deathmatch Beginner

Complete the Deathmatch game with killing at least 1 enemy

Deathmatch Master

Win 10 Deathmatch games

Look Ma, I won!

Win any PvP match

Hammer Time

Kill 20 players with a sledgehammer

Instant Killer

Kill at least 3 enemies in one Insta Kill move

Beast Hunter

Complete the Beast Hunt match

Last Man Standing

Win at least 1 round in the Last Man Standing match in the lobby with at least 4 players (where 1 is you)

Flag Thief

Earn 10 points in the Capture the Flag match

You can do this on your own as well

Heavy Weight Champion

Win a match of My Burden in the lobby with at least 3 players

Seasonal

These 2 achievements are special because they require the player to play during the Christmas season — from 10th December to 5th January.

If you change the system date to the desired one, you will still NOT be able to achieve your goal.

Christmas in Cairo

Decorate the Christmas tree at any level

Reindeer Hunter

Decorate the Christmas trees on all 12 levels

After the desired date, a Christmas tree will appear on each map, which the player must decorate:

eye of the gnaar
heart of the rocketeer
skull of the kleer

If there are no such enemies in the location at all, look for gifts nearby — after picking them up, the desired gnaфr, rocketeer, or kleer may appear.
