Whitechapel

Whitechapel is one of London’s seven boroughs. During the Industrial Revolution, the region became a place of destitution, with its inhabitants often turning to begging, thievery, murder, and prostitution. Later, in 1888, the borough was the site of a series of gruesome murders which were attributed to a mysterious serial killer dubbed Jack the Ripper.

The City of London is one of the seven boroughs of London. During the Industrial Revolution, the area served as a financial center with its sky-high towers and stone walkways, where people of power operated.

The Strand is a bustling borough of London that served as a shopping area and a park during the Industrial Revolution. Thieves usually operated in this area due to the abundance of unaware victims.

Westminster

Westminster is a borough of London, which served as the abbey and hospital for the aristocracy during the Industrial Revolution, excluding the city’s poor almost entirely.

The borough contained a number of notable residences, such as Whitehall Palace, Devonshire House, Clarendon House, Marlborough House, Buckingham Palace, and the Palace of Westminster.

The Thames

The River Thames is a river that flows through southern England.

As the primary waterway at the heart of London, it possessed great economic importance during the 19th century. However, the increasing industrialization led to the Thames’ pollution. As such, riverboats were in many ways preferable to swimming if one wished to get across.

Southwark

Southwark is one of the seven boroughs of London. The region served as the center of economy during the Industrial Revolution. It forms one of the oldest parts of London and fronts the River Thames to the north.

Lambeth

Lambeth is one of the 7 boroughs of London. Once a sparsely-populated wasteland, it became a rural area in reconstruction, bustling with commerce and life during the Industrial Revolution. The region included an asylum that the twin British Assassins Jacob and Evie Frye visited.

World War 1

World War 1 affected London, with Zeppelin raids bringing destruction to the city throughout the conflict. In 1916, at the behest of Winston Churchill, the Assassin Lydia Frye eliminated a German spy ring operating around Tower Bridge. The spy ring was led by a Templar Master Spy, who eventually fell to Lydia’s blade.

The World War 1 area opens up during Sequence 6. You may visit World War 1 area after the World War 1 mission. Just go to the portal on the East part of the Thames.
