Overview
A mini-guide on how to find the Angel Diaries needed for the Bonds achievement.
Diary 1
In Q12 “Black Wings”, the final mission of Overture, you can return to the village after the dragon is defeated and check the destroyed house for the diary.
Diary 2
In Q22 “Frozen Castle”, the second diary can be found by dropping down from the third floor. First drop down one of the east side holes on the third floor next to the stairs to get to the second floor. Then, drop down one of the left side holes in the closed-off room to the first floor. Go north from there and the chest should be at the top of the narrow hallway.
Diary 3
In Q36 “Grimoire Birth”, when you reach the room where the researcher wants you to push him into an escape hole, don’t push him. Instead just follow the north hallway and you will find the diary chest. However, it is recommended to do this in a replay since you get the Military Uniform from pushing him. It is possible but hard to get the diary before pushing him.
Diary 4
In Q61 “Battle Coliseum”, the diary is located in the basement of the coliseum in a chest. You can get it after beating the level.
Diary 5
In Q47 “REVOLUTION”, obtain the “Geezer!” title by waiting till the time runs out when Childonyx asks you if you want to leave.
Afterwards, in Q71 “Heroes Meet in Heaven”, enter the north cave. Geezer will stop fading in and out of the timestream and be inside a crystal instead. This will allow you to get the final angel diary.
Putting them Together
Go to the Angel’s Den in the middle of the DESTINY world map, down the hole. There you will be able to put the diaries on pedestals. When they are all placed and read you will unlock the “Fateful Reunion” title, the achievement and two new characters.
