How to build an angled wall and Spider Zombie Proof it using catwalks.
Angled Wall and Spider Proofing
Hi Kage,
I was watching your Husband and Wife letsplay and saw you couldn’t get the angled wall to work for you as far as Spider Proofing so I put this together kinda quick.
1. The way you were making your angled wall was by using only ramp blocks. Thats where your problem is. The left and right alternating ramp blocks only make a wall 1/2 block wide. You can see this in the image below:
To make a full block wide angled wall you need to use a combination of ramp blocks and full blocks:
Spider Proofing a straight wall is easy. Just use the catwalk w/railing, 3 wide.
To do the angled wall section you need to use catwalks without railings. Put one on every ramp block and full block
Then use the Wedge catwalks to fill in the sides. You will have one section at each end of the angled walkway where you’ll have to add a railing piece.
And there you have it. Fully Spider Proofed.
