Found an old friend.
In the chapter "Russell's chapter" right in the beginning you will be walking down the street. After a little while you will see a truck driving towards you. Quickly choose to hide and the achievement is yours.

! You can complete this achievement together with the "Abandoner"-Achievement
Won a game of Rock/Paper/Scissors.
In the chapter "Wyatt's chapter" you will hit a person with the car. After a small conversation you will be asked to play Rock/Paper/Scissors with Eddie. You are going to play with "Okay, that's fair." Since the game itself is completely random, just put in any command, and with some luck you win the game. However if you lose a game, quickly go back to the main menu and exit to avoid having to replay the entire chapter. Once you beat him in the best 2 out of 3 you will unlock the achievement.
