Introduction

-------------------------------------------->This guide is subject to change<--------------------------------------
The idea behind this guide reaches out to a particular individual (QB) but also I see a few running Blade and Elementalism because of the dps the blade does. (Because a lot of players like switching to the meta builds) This build was also inspired from a few unmentioned individuals and collected thoughts and a Cabal member from my Cabal. After talking and getting the idea of this Assassin Deck I came out with this guide to give insight to the build.

I'm not going to go through parses or dmg concieved but this is a viable build.
Someone can do it if they like or I might in the future.

On the Dev stream, they mentioned they are going to change the way a few weapons work after this guide is made. Mainly the Blade and AR so ill update this guide when I have an idea how the Blade was reworked after that patch.

Glyph and Signet comp.

To start, the build comp runs a 5/2/1. superior and above pref.
I have also been talking to a few people maining blades and came to a conclusion to do keep crit dmg vs. crit chance on weapons.
so, the weapon comp will have 2 Fierce Glyphs that will only have a .1-9 % Critical Chance fluctuation. And increases the overall damage numbers.
When starting out FOCUS mainly on the Accurate Glyph and keep it as high as possible.
After that, focus on Fierce and then Devastate.
The less to none Glances you do, the better.

What you want in the end.
Glyphs: (-->5 Fierce<->2 Devastate<->Accurate<--)

So since the signets for Blade is rather cheap (because a few wants to play em) try to buy these before the patch change. Or if you have a good cabal, gather these from your group runs.

The Signet focus for this is;

This is the main focus talismans
  • Head:Signet of Bladestorm
  • Neck: Signet of Adept
  • Finger:Signet of Pupil
  • Wrist: I don't think they have these yet.
The secondary focus talismans
  • Luck:Signet of Laceration/Thirst This one also depends if you want more DPS or a little bit more sustain.
  • Waist:Signet of Time and Space Alteration (for Vali)/ Signet of Matter Creation (for Dps Gadget)
  • Occult:Signet of Acrobatics/Quickness (This one is PURELY subjective but what I found most useful are either) [/list]

Active and Passives comp

This is the raid build idea focusing mainly on ST and at this time there shouldnt be any aoes going on. You are free to transition any of the abilities to whatever spot you want.

The (5)(6) represents your mouse primary and secondary clicks.

Actives:
  • Flowing Strike
  • Spirit Blade
  • Hone
  • (elite) Dancing Blade
  • (5) Tsunami
  • (6) Mjolnir
Passives:
  • Storm Surge
  • Draw Sword, Draw Blood
  • Superconductor
  • Keen Edge
  • Resonance

Here is a seperate list for a chillax build for environment.

Actives:
  • Flowing Strike
  • Spirit Blade
  • Impale spirit
  • (elite) Overload
  • (5) Tsunami
  • (6) Mjolnir
Passives:
  • Masterpiece
  • Storm Surge
  • Elemental Force
  • Superconductor
  • Sunder Spirit

General Gear idea.

So as I said depending on what Weapon or Talismans you have on will change your playstyle a bit.
But this is a General idea of what the general gear would look like.
Since this is my Composition no one is restricting you because you are free to experiment.

As a DPS class all of your Talismans SHOULD have ATK rating on the stats.
The General Gear or any should always be a 3 pip. (cheap to buy). This gives you less hassle later if you decide you want to push with your current gear.
  • Head: Radiant Ashes
  • Neck: Radiant Pendant
  • Finger: Radiant Ring
  • Wrist: Radiant Bracelet
  • Luck: Radiant Dice
  • Waist: Radiant Chain
  • Occult: Radiant Effigy
Main: Blade of Energy Mk III
Secondary: Elementalism Focus of Energy MK III
Gadget: Vali Metabolic Accelerator (If you are using time and space)/ (and the rest for matter creation) Shard Sessho-seki, Mnemonic (if you have the museum and everything unlocked), Attack Drone LK-2.

It's up to you what affix you want on the weapon but generally you want to look for Destruction-Havoc affix on your weapons. Energy primarily grants you an extra attack, a 5:1 scenario for blade and a 33% chance before overheat on Elementalism. Granted Efficiency would be good for only the Main hand if you want to cover that Elite CD.

Rotation *tba*

*This rotation is being experimented on there might be some or no rotations at all.

So since there are no Weapon Synergy in SWL some weapons appear to be more suited to be on your main hand than secondary vice versa. But any of the builds are viable. But some are just subjected to the amount of damage they can do through self progression or End Game content.
Just keep your head high and work on whatever you want to play and maybe FUNCOM will bring it into the light of day.

The basic rotation for the raid build goes like this:

FS-Hone-SB-DB-Tsunami
Filler: Mjolnir
