Overview

The standard basics on how this game’s battle styling and some tips to suspend your time into the gameplay and a few extra tips & tricks to understand and play through the plotline of the game.

Introduction – What does this game begin with?

You start off in a cave where your journey begins awaking as Nick, a Warrior, while your other two companions Grant, the Mage, and Kirran, The Speed-Runner, join you as soon as you set out to figure out what happens. This game begins with these threeheroes who were trapped inside of a game by the fan-based gaming genious developer Tsurugi, who is obsessed wtih his love for the alleged parody crew known as Team Four Star.

Though having little clues as to why this happened, they wake up in this world with no idea of what happens until Tsurugi appears to them inside to show that there seems to have been a mistake and that he is in need for them to find a solution to fix the game and find a solution out of this game.

What is the Combat Style?

There are 8 stats that can change any outcome of every battle.
HP – ?? (Hit Points – total maximum health)
MP – ?? (Magic/Mana Points – total magic/mana points available for use)
Attack – ?? (Determines the power of physical Attacks on foes)
Magic Attack – ??? (Determines the power of Magic on foes)
Defense – ??? (Determines the number of points deducted from getting hit by Physical Attacks)
Magic Defense – ? (Determines the number of points deducted from being hit from Magical Attacks)
Speed – ?? (Determines to whom will be first or in favor to giving the next Attack)
Luck – ??? (Determines the rate in which Critical hits add extra damage and the rate of how they appear for each attack)
The way you battle is turn based, against foes and monsters that appear before you. Starting off you have 3 characters. The maximum number of allies on your side can only reach up to 4, as to the opposing side can randomly generate from 1 to 5! Don’t worry, it isn’t that threatening. You can swap allies who you want to battle on every first turn before going into the next battling phase. Remember this for battles, SPEED is key. While you progress through this game you will find multiple comrades and allies to fight with you on your side. As said, this is a turn based strategy game. It can go 3 different ways. Normally when you start a fight, you have the advantage as the player to attack first….but not everytime in this world. There is a set chance whether the enemy side can attack first as set advantage, which can probably end your saving progress, but it is also likely that you can gain an even greater advantage to have your side attack for one turn with no interruptions. SPEED also changes the battlefield. Whomever has more speed above another ally or enemy on the field, then they will attack before the person with the next highest speed stat. (You can Check monster stats with TheColor12 after battling a new monster in the shop)

Through most of this game, you are to follow the main path and battle those who oppose any dispositions of your characters’ story. meaning there will Boss Fights that will keep you on your toes.

CLASSES/CHARACTERS

There are SEVERAL kinds of characters in this game, but some play similar, but oddly different roles between it all.
Each character has a funny little tale from the parodied anime that Team Four Star had intended to ridicule and create a whole different humor to the original ideal of the character as they were deemed fit.
(~~REMINDER~~ YOUR MAIN THREE CHARACTERS NICK, GRANT, AND KIRRAN HAVE EVERY ITEM SLOT AVAILABLE TO CHANGE TO THE BEST IT CAN BE, added characters from the shops will have little to no changes that you can do for them.)

Nick – Warrior (Strong Physical/Balanced character)

Grant – Mage (Well-Balanced Character, great Magic Attack for splash damage with Spark at first run through, HIGHLY strong Physical Attack with OmniBoard from Casino)

Kirran – The Speed-Runner (Highly Recommended Party usage throughout entire game, High Attack with strongest equips possible, high speed stat and preferred double bows)

Richard – [Funny profile story] (TANKY, Highly Recommended for buying from shop as soon as possible for fourth party member, All around good character for taking hits and ending the
match from beginning up to the end)

Puddin – (Great distraction model and exchangable for Grant if you want a healer who can survive through a first run through)

Dumpaé – (An alright strong player, relies too much on skills to take down monsters with high variation of different elemental attacks with advantage)

LaKiGr – …… (As similar to Richard with stats, good recommendation for replacing Nick for first runthrough, also has a single skill that deal incredible damage highly recommended for keeping alive to end boss battles quick)

Dumplin – (Odd character to use once unlocked, like some characters, it takes a while to buy them at the start while in the meantime the ones you use are higher on your journey than ones you recently buy, like Dumplin. Dumplin has strong skills, but if he suits the right party selection then it is a miracle.)

JOHNNY – (Highly Recommend for first run-through. Has very high speed and luck stats, along with decent defense stats and a lightsaber; has a skill with 1 in 3 chances to 1 hit K.O any opponent. Any attack other than that will always hit, no doubts)

??????? – [Low Speed and Luck and less than decent Defense] (High Attack/High Hp, costs 5,000 TFS to unlock)

Little Kuriboh – [Best Character to have for any party, Stats? Find for your self] ~ (Costs 5,000 TFS to unlock)

TIPS & HINTS/TRICKS

All throughout this game you are constantly being under attack by monsters that appear within a walking distance of 3 or more steps by a set chance. Where most of this lies is how strong you have to be to continue and progress to the next area, or if you are heading in the right direction of the story, or maybe you ar etrying to look for secrets, secrets will come easy later once you pass through the main part of the story. This game can be short and simple, but lots of this will come after experiencing it all first-hand.

A COUPLE OF HINTS
~If you’re starting out fresh and reading this little guide beforehand, try to get 500 TFS/Money to buy the item [Lani’s Wallet]. You get double the payout for battles that you have a party member in battle while carrying it as an Accessory.
~Kirran can dual weild, that makes him the strongest in the party, two weapons that basicaly doubles his attack until you beat the game.
~As long as you get every character available in the game, it doesnt matter if you want to train them or not, every character will gain exp, just so long as you have them purchased and in your roster of ‘heroes’.
~Try to prevent a party member from dying if you are going through these mazy caves and areas on the map, it’s not so easy to revive a member as reviving one is risky since you only get up to 2-3 revives between the beginning to the end of the game. So try to always heal with Tsurigi/Ninja at the shopping cart sign shops.

~ALWAYS save before going into a new area on the map. It helps keeps memory of where your story will continue or if you end up dying and you need a quick checkpoint to make up for the bad decisions you made.
~There is more to the game after finding Tsurigi a working computer.
~Give a gem to HBI and KAISER if you really can’t figure out how to get into the boss castle.
~Winning at the Casino is hard as hell, getting the armor and weapons from the Casino takes 5 grand just to get half of the 2k coin items.
~You can beat the game multiple times and your characters will basically be like gods after beating it once. So be sure to get through the main story first so that secrets and godliness can appear to you if you are that kind of player.
~Tsurigi promised that your 3 main charatcters can dual weild after beating the game, he fulfills this promise after restarting with the same Save File as he openly tells you once you wake up in the start again.
