The second part of the beginners guides: religieus warfare. Of course as all guides in the serie these tips are not going to beat deity, don`t expect that either. The Ui is as i mentioned earlier not smart but forget that.

What is religieus warfare?
Esspacially when you came from a earlier civ game you may be confused because of the importance of religion. Since civ 6 religion can be a victory condition. And this means you have to avoid your holy city becomes converted to another religion. Because, that means you
A: can`t win a religieus victory, or it`s less likely
and B: you can`t get new pantheons
You can make the importance of religion to your favor if you get religieus warfare. Civilication has one big thing you`ve got to know to play the game, The victory conditions. And i really advise to try to get one of the victory`s at least once. It gives knowlegde which you can`t explain in words. If you know what other`s do experience when trying to get a win, you can get futher.
Religieus warfare in short
Last guide in made a small plan, unfortunately religieus warfare in more complicated than that.
So i decided to do something else, which can help a little more experienced players fast. Players with absolutly no knowledge are advised to read more
This are the important things
1. Try to make sure all cities are converted to you own religion.
2. when he is converting you cities you should convert them back.
3. Of course this is easy, but religieus Civilications [esspacially enemy`s] won`t stop there.
4. IF they don`t stop start a religieus war [After 500 Anno Donimi is the advised time]
5. Capture one or more cities [or if possible all cities; if this happens you can convert all cities back]
6. After that you can make peace. Then you can go to >Disscus>promise not to convert my cities
7.This should give you time to recover and maybe repeat
If you take this steps it will be okay BUT keep in mind that these things are only headlines you need your own knowledge to improvise.
A detailled look into religieus warfare
The first thing: don`t let them convert your holy city, it prevent`s you from spreading your relgion, though your holy citie slowly get`s more followers it`s almost certain you can`t do anything with relgion anymore
certain problem but with higher difficulty It keeps you from having a lot of Bonusses

2. Able to win a relgieus victory
3. Able to start a religieus war
Okay let`s get into the stragetic part now:
Religieus warfare is nothing more the prevending another civ to convert you cities. I advise to do this because the reasons above. I do admit, some civs are really agressive with religion like Philip II and Ghandhi. But that makes it even more important to counter them. there are three ways to counter them and if you play it well there are no issues.
1. This tactic requires a lot of holy sites, and is mostly the best counter if you want to reach a religieus victory yourself. This tactic is just spamming apostles and converting your own cities back and eventually convert HIS cities
2. capture his cities.
3. perform relgieus combat with apostles
