This guide will visually show you how to make a Tier 1, 2 and 3 vehicle that will make you RP and put you above 75% of the other players in that Tier. All you need to get out of the Tier 1-3 Grind.Updated with build guides for Tier 2 and 3.
Introduction
Hello,
My names Smashwutz and I have a Youtube channel based around Robocraft, so far I have written 3 guides in the most popular for Robocraft. This is my fourth and probably the easiest to follow and do well with.
This guide is made purely to show you how to build a robot and then win decisively in Tier 1-3. No fuss and no mess with actual games to show you how to play and how to build the Robots.
People will argue that there are “better” robots in the three Tiers but I doubt anyone can provide video of 3 consecutive games where they do as well as these. You’ll see lot sof “montages” but very little 3 games on the trot to show you good and bad games.
They are all SMG as this allows you to do damage up close and at range. All the componants here are usable in the Tier provided, there is none of this “Hey this is a Tier 1 vehicle with a Tier 3 cannon”.
As proof I created a fresh account and tried these out, took me 17 games from fresh to have the Tier 1 vehicle, less than an hour.
Simply put these vehicles will win you games, over and over again.
Tier 1 – Simple but devestating – 300 RP per game easy farm.

Kills per game 2-4
Average RP *Non Premium* — 240-300
Average *Premium* — 400-500
Cost Estimate 4-5k RP — 2400 for the guns and rest on armor cubes.
The design shown here is 352 CPU, thats 100 less than the starting maximum, when I played fresh I built it up to 450 with extra wheels and cubes. For simplicity sake I’ve left it low for ease of upgrading. There is no reason why you cannot have this robot within an hour of starting the game.
All the guns are Level 2, which are buyable within 3-4 games.
3 Things you will need to do;
1- Aim for the drivers seat not the weapons
2- Try to engage 1 on 1
3- Go for damage and base caps.
Easy, simply put this vehicle will beat everything except for the Tier 3 plasma cannon that someone squeezed onto a floating single cube, even then it may well beat it. Aka everything but super twinks.

Kills per game 2-4
Average RP *Non Premium* — 500-800
Average *Premium* — 700-1200
Cost Estimate 7k RP – 6200 for the guns, 2k on Armor if you buy from scratch.
This robot is nuts, built to 501 CPU, something a Level 5 would have this thing walks all over Tier 2 and can be built re-using the shell of your Tier 1 robot plus maybe an additional 6k for the Level 3 SMG’s. I wish I was lying but watch the video 6 kills in 1 game, barely a scratch, and it’s not a 1 off, 3 in the next game and 1 in the last due to an unlucky twink bot.
As seen in the video it kills well and it tanks well, can it be beaten? Sure but if you don’t make 500 RP a game with this I’ll eat my hat.
Built with redundancy of guns and wheels the thing is hard to stop, 1 on 1 will beat everything except super twink robots.
As before Everything seen is buyable within Tier 2 and as before do the following;
1- Aim for the driver seat not the guns
2- Go for damage and the cap
3- Go for 1 on 1’s
If you want to do well in Tier 2 make this, if not make something like “Apache” it looks good but this thing would beat 3 of them.
Tier 3 – Why can’t I hold all this RP!! – 900-1200 Per Game ***Updated***

Average RP *Non Premium* –900-1200
Average *Premium* — 1400 – 1800
Cost Estimate 40k RP – 15k for the guns and 25k for the armor, you can reduce this by buying Level 3 armor (Green) to about 17k for armor.
It’s not even a challenge anymore! Tier 3 is a place where people build all sorts, here sits the king 🙂 As seen in the video averaging out 3 kills per game, even badly damaged it keeps going and I’ve made it easy it’s nearly the same as the Tier 2! 550 CPU is childplays a level 10 has that.
The guns are all Level 4, if you’ve been stomping through T1 and T2 you should have a fair bit of RP spare, 14k for the guns and then 20k for the armor. If thats too much buy the Green cubes, I skipped a level because I knew I could and still sit in Tier 3, but if your working your way up 10k for armour is slightly easier to stomach.
You will fight super twinks with Tier 5 cannon and 2 helium cubes, oh well such is life, everything else dies fast enough, as always;
1- Go for 1 on 1’s
2- Aim for the drivers seat (Usually rear back)
3- Go for damage and caps.
Everything in this build is buyable by Tier 3 player. I do not use out of tier weapons to make a good robot.
Tier 4 and 5 – Getting RP and keeping RP
So now your into Tier 4, you start to meet flyers and harder tanks. More twink tanks with T8 weapons sometimes, which sucks but hey ho! I’ve done the video guide together and so I shall do this section together;

Tier 4;
Kills per game 1-2
Average RP *Non Premium* — 1600-2000
Average *Premium* — 2500-3500
Cost Estimate 40-50k RP
The design is similar to the other ones with better spacing for the guns and an EP or two for added damage absorbtion. It is a simple robot but gives excellent results. It has extra guns for redundancy, if you don’t think it works then check out T10, it’s all 8+ guns for this reason. If you built the other robots you’ll be able to upgrade to this with ease. It has very limited vunerabilites and can take on pretty much any robot in the Tier minus twinks. All cubes for this can be bought in Tier 4.
Tier 5;
Kills per game 1-2
Average RP *Non Premium* — 2400-3200
Average *Premium* — 4000-4500
Cost Estimate – 75-100k
Tier 5 things become harder, you now have proper flyers made of Orange cubes as well as electro plates causing issues. This thing is made of Pink Cubes as always but is not a complex design, it makes RP and keep RP as you must remember from T5 onward you can lose more then you earn if you are not premium or do badly. I would always say Get Premium to support FJ but if you don’t this thing will keep your RP unless you go charging into the enemy 3 to 1 and even then you’d probably come out as a positve! Very strong very hard hitting.
You should go for flyers in Tier 5 they don’t have the EP to withstand sustained Level 6 SMG fire.

I have the proof on a fresh account that Tier 1 can be done in 17 games, when I have time I’ll do Tier 2 and 3 and record it.
Also buy premium if you really want to progress fast, 1 day premium I could probably get Tier 3 fully made farming in T2, it’s that much quicker.
I’m sure people will disagree, which is fine, post your video of the best robot playing in 3 games without using weapons from other Tier’s and I shall agree, no montages please 🙂
Otherwise I’m pretty sure these are the easiest way to make RP. I have no intention of making a Tier 4 guide as it starts to get trickier then with flyers etc but maybe!
