Betrayer Achievement Guide

Overview

Collection of all achievement guides.

Introduction

This is a collection of all useful guides that i used when i was playing this game. The reason i’m making this guide is because there are a lot of guides in the guide section and it’s kinda hard to filter which one do you need. There are also several times where i’m stuck and there’s no guide which can help me in the guide section, resulting me to either search the discussion or youtube.

I’ll do my best to address the point that can make you stuck when you are playing the game with an in-depth explanation or link to the appropriate guide.

Storyline Achievements

Obtained through story progression and can’t be missed.

You’ll unlock this in Fort Hope.

If you somehow miss the achievement, you can download the save file here.

Free all lost souls after you are asked to do so in Forbidden Wilds. For more information, see “Stuck?” section.

Collectable achievements

Collect all items up to Fort Saint George or collect about half of the items.

Collect all of the specified items in game.

Press M to reveal in game map and go to the specified marker. There is a guide that gives symbol and color marker for the collectibles with thief activity information here.

You won’t be able to collect all clues in Fort Saint George before finding Shovel in Fort Hope.

The last grave in Forbidden Wilds will be unlocked on story progression.

Other Collectable Achievements

Follow (just CTRL+F Thief and choose the area that you want).
Make sure you have Charm of the Red Maiden and Quality Charm of Grace equipped and crouch (press C) when you are close to it.
I made a playlist for the videos if you are lazy to do CTRL+F on the youtube playlist.

For the thief in Fort Saint George, ring the bell at the fort and go east when you are facing the bell. The thief should spawn there. Kill it asap.

Follow this guide.

If you have trouble in finding Champion’s Longbows, there is a for it. You can also press X to listen and (or) see where the ghost is.

Killing Achievements

You can press E to do melee attacks. You can follow this guide and kill them with melee attacks.

You can press G to fire tomahawk. You can follow this guide and kill them with tomahawks.

Follow this guide. You don’t have to download the save file just to get the achievement. You just need to go to the burning stakes in Forbidden Wilds after you free the lost souls and follow the instructions in the guide. If you have finished the game, you can either follow this guide or download the save file in the guide above. The latter option is faster.

Stuck?

If you stuck in a specific place, you might want to read this.

In each area, you’ll need to collect bell (and sometimes its clapper) and hang it on a specific place which glows with red circle in the area. After you hang the bell, ring it to go to the otherworld. In there, you’ll need to collect eye, mouth, and ear and then talk to the ghost in the area. Ring the bell again after that and talk to the person over there.

After you go through all that, you’ll need to ring the bell again and go to all totems (marked with | sign on the map) and fight all enemies which spawned there to clear it from corruption. You’ll be able to go to the next area after that.

Note that in some area, the corruption will be in treasure chests which gives off a black aura if it’s corrupted.

In order to progress further after you collect all collectibles in the area, you’ll need to return to the maiden in red in Fort Hope and then go to Forbidden Wilds to talk to the ghost. After that, return to Fort Hope and talk to the father ghost in the otherworld. After you talk to him, you’ll need to talk to maiden in red again and you’ll be given a mission to free all lost souls in each map before returning to this area.
