One strategy I’ve used in Bloons TD Battles Defensive mode with consistent wins, WARNING THIS STRAT ONLY WORKS IN THE DEFENSIVE MODE!!!!
Intro
Hello! I’m Mrblabbermouth13 and I’ll be creating this Guide for Bloons TD Battles Defensive mode, no I am not a god at Bloons Td Battles so take a few of these things with a grain of salt, but this is based off of my personal experience with a consistent strategey for defensive mode, the least played mode in the game but nonetheless! Let’s get started!
Towers
The towers you’re going to need are as followed
- Dart Monkey
- Monkey Engineer
- And the Monkey Sniper
An additional monkey isn’t needed but it’s up to preference
The actual strategy
To start off this awesome and underrated gamemode you’ll have to place the Monkey Engineer first, The Engineer monkey can last until round five as a 0-0 Tower, so save up your money to get the $1,000 costing $70 Monkey Money boost DON”T BE AFRAID TO LEAK LIVES, IT’S ALL PART OF THE PLAN, Next, Purchase the sentry gun upgrade and save up for another $70 Monkey Money boost. By round 8 you should be able to afford the monkey sniper and his full metal jacket upgrade don’t forget to set him to strong. Start saving up for another $70, by the time you reach above $215 in Income you can start upgrading AND purchasing the Money boosts. By round 11 you should have a 1-0 monkey engineer and a 1-2 monkey sniper with $285 Income. At the beggining of round 13 buy the Monkey engineer’s Faster Engineering upgrade, then his 9-inch nails upgrade after that start saving up for the Sniper Monkey’s Point Five Oh! upgrade. You’ll need this upgrade for the upcoming round 15 which WILL KILL YOU if you don’t have this upgrade. During round 17 there’s going to be a TON of yellow camo bloons but don’t worry, your sniper monkey will take care if most of them. Instead upgrade your Monkey engineer to a 2-3 Monkey engineer (A.K.A. sprockets) and durind round 18 buy a 3-0 Monkey engineer to help with the sudden mass of bloons. Don’t forget to up your income! During round 20 buy the semi-auto Rifle for the sniper monkey and by round 21 your opponent should fail to defend himself and you’ll win!
