  1. Navigate to your Borderlands installation directory.
    Example: "D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Borderlands".
  2. From there on go to: "...\Engine\Config"
  3. Open the file "BaseInput" with a text editor.
  4. Add these lines(or you can just add one, it doesn't matter):
    Bindings=(Name="F1",Command="FOV 80")
    Bindings=(Name="F2",Command="FOV 90")
    Bindings=(Name="F3",Command="FOV 100")
    Bindings=(Name="F4",Command="FOV 110")
  5. Customize hotkeys and FOV values here.
  6. While in-game press the hotkey you defined(F1 for example) and you will see the FOV change.
