- Will cause an input lag due to the Windows’ window composition VSync. It is possible to disable the composition to remove it, however that can be done only in Windows 7.
Instructions (For the Steam Version)
- Open the Library, then Right Click on the Portal game and select Properties.
- Click on the Set Launch Options button located at the bottom.
- Write -windowed -noborder arguments in the text field, then click OK.
