Overview
UPDATE: The wall needed to jump doesn’t work anymore, it’s very likely they increased the invisible wall of it. But there is another wall that is easily and MUCH EASIER to do than the wall with the waterwheel in it. It’s the shorter wall to the left of the waterwheel wall, directly opposite of the river when you approach the facility.Do note that this method of diving into the game world early on can cause irrepairable bugs to the game depending on your actions and the whichever decision you decide to take steps towards.1) If you alerted the cuman and jumped the wall, they will never drop aggro on you… EVER, until those Cumans that noticed you are killed off. They will chase you till the end of the world… Oh and fast travel is disabled until you continue with the sequences.2) You can keep the horse you take with you when you jump the wall, but when continuing onward this horse will despawn. You can do a sequence in reverse (Finish Talmberg then go to Ruined Skalitz and avoid trigger Cuman Chase until you are in Rattay) to keep the Baker’s Mare as your horse (named ‘Horse’, after you wake up in Rattay Fast Travel to Skalitz). Some of the game’s side quests remains possible at any point in the game, but side quests and main quests that have prerequisite based on the main questline will not appear (you cannot ever meet Sir Radzig until you do all the main storyline quest to it).
Getting to the wall…
UPDATE: For this section you actually use a easier method now, there is a easier to jump wall that is straight across the river you can see it if you ride towards it and notice how short it is… Beware of bandits just sitting behind the wall though.
You need to get to the wall in order to jump it, be aware of the instant gameover zones if you stray too far when going directly to certain directions. The Cuman tailing you will always know where you are. In fact every Cuman that detects you after you start this quest will tail you until they get killed.
Using a horse, do a stationary jump which should be high enough if you are on the land next to the wall, to jump into the mill. From there, you can leave on the otherside, just don’t go towards the bridge as it will trigger the next sequence.
Tada! You have now left the section of the game whilst your main quest is at Run!…
You cannot use beds, you can only save with items, quick saving, or at bathhouses, you can access Henry’s item box to deposit everything at inns, etc.
You can also easily crash the game if you trigger any ‘time skipping’ sequences like bathmaid healing over time and being jailed.
Extras
Do the wall jump skip, and head straight to Talmberg, avoid going anywhere near Skalitz Fast Travel point as that triggers the Cuman Chase sequence. When you go to Ruined Skalitz on foot to find your parents, take the side of the forest to the north to get up there instead of the road due to the Cuman chase can occur during this part. (You can glitch out and make the game stuck in a infinite loot if you trigger the Cuman chase and ride to your parent’s body, due to you not being on foot, and make the horse and cumans despawn or not, very unpredictable what happens here).
When you wake up at Rattay Mill, THEN you can be allowed to go to Skalitz via fast travel and it will automatically cause the Cuman Chase due to you walking into the zone by Fast Travel.
You might want to learn combat stuff from Captain Bernard BEFORE doing this though so you can kill the Cumans on your tail or wear better armor etc. You also get the opportunity to LOOT those 3 Cuman Riders for their gear, so lure them to Rattay or Talmberg to make it easier to carry their stuff.
When you do the Wall Jump, you will actually find a bunch of bandits, wearing decent mid-game light-medium armor and gear, and a bowman or two, if you trained to be stealthy and sneak kill a few properly (they are mid game difficult), you can loot all of their stuff and ride away on the horse to a nearby Inn to dump them all off (or to sell).
** Silly way to bait the bandits by jumping onto the roof with the horse **
Other uses with a horse is parking them into a arena and then triggering it, then ride the horse and do whatever you want with it during the training. You can do this to get into the Arena for the tourney but not triggering it as it warps everything out of it (probably coded to do this to warp in participants to fight you and whatnot). You could park a horse at the edge to get out of the Arena during the actual tourney maybe.
