Building Your ATV Quest

When you get to the mission 'End of the Road,' Lonnie Parker asks you to "practice building an ATV by working on the junked ATV he has in the shop." All you need to do is hit the junked ATV with your melee weapon or shoot it with your gun, and the mission will end.
