A complete guide on how to find all Lockpicks in Rapture!
I. The Pavillion onwards
When on your way to the Ice Rink, head on up the left set of stairs. At the top, you will see a small crawl space, with a red glowing light inside. Crawl in, and take out the Splicer in the corner. To his left, on one of the boxes you will find an Audio Diary and a lockpick.

Once you are out of the crawl space/vent, destroy the Turret that is in the Dressing Room to the left of the vent you just came out of. Head inside after the Turret is dealt with, and turn to the desk on your left to find another Lockpick.
Go into The Daily Bread, which is down the stairs you just came up. Head into the basement, where you will be met with three Splicers and a Turret. Once they are taken care of, pick up the Lockpick from the tool box just beside the Turret.
Before using the Air Grabber to reach the higher ground, turn to the right and there will be a lockpick sitting on a platform.
Once you reach Ladieswear, head up the stairs on the left. There is a lockpick on a counter near the Turret.
Head down to Jewelry in Ladieswear, and head to the back of the store until you find a locked door. You will need 3 Lockpicks to get in. Once you are in, pick up the Audio Diary and turn around. The lockpick is on the table behind you.
Still in Ladieswear, find Shoes. Inside, you will find a Splicer near the back counter. There will be a Lockpick next to them.
Next to the last lockpick, there will be a locked door. The code is 0928. Inside, will be another Audio Diary and another lockpick
Once you reach the Ice Skate Rental stand, jump behind the counter. Head to one of the leftmost rooms at the back of the stall, and the lockpick is in that room on a desk. Be careful, the room is rather dark so it is eady to miss!
Before heading on the Bathysphere to Housewears, look behind one of the benches with a bag to the right of it. There is a lockpick hidden there.
II. Housewares
You will find this to the left, one on of the mannequin sets, before entering Electronics.
Infront of the Bucking Bronco ads – underneath the Radar Range ad- there will be a lockpick behind a small, bottom-side up white televison at the leftmost side of the Bucking Bronco ad screens. The Lockpick is behind id.
Behind the checkout in Bookstore.
Can be found in the hands of a Splicer to the right-side of the door Elizabeth unlocks from the other side.
