How to run a Call of Duty Zombies Modded map/game in Pavlov VR

There are a few dedicated modders/mappers who have been nice enough to port some of the Call of Duty Zombies maps into Pavlov VR. The question is; how do you play this mode?

How to Run the Maps
In order to get the modded maps to run properly; for solo or co-op play for whatever reason, the game must be hosted as an online session. I don’t know why this is required; but it is.
Simply boot up Pavlov VR; select the option for online play, and create a lobby. Not a co-op lobby though; a standard one. When the game asks for what map to use; select the zombies map you wish to run.
For example; the above shows me booting a zombies game on Nacht Der Untoten with a password of 5678. The game also seems to only run correctly in Team Deathmatch mode.
From here; either start the game solo or let other players join in.
