Pixel Piracy Guide

Character Basics and abilities for Pixel Piracy

Character Basics and abilities

Overview

This is a guide about the abilities and “classes” of Pixel Piracy. I will be taking you through the abilities, Good or Bad, and the uses and effects of each and every ability and how to use them. This is also a guide for the beginners-adepts at the game.

1: welcome!

Welcome! This is my first guide, so it is going to be quite rough, but please bear with me as I start my hopefuly successful steam guides. By the way, I’m playing on the alpha version 0.5.2.0 so it may change a lot, but for the moment this is up to date.

1.1: A brief overview

Pixel Piracy is a sandbox-sailing game where you play as the captain of your vessal (Which can be made however you like) and you hunt down pirates and island native in your search for glory. I use the term “sailing game” loosely because when you sail, you watch your crew for about a minute. I also use the term “glory” loosely because there is no plot at all! You could act like a rogue, a dashing hero, or a conniving villain. Anyways the game is fun, and one of the more difficult steam games (out of 3) I have played to date.

2: Abilities and what they do

Every character has two abilities, which help and hinder them in your travels. There are quite a few good one, bad ones, and ones that do nothing at all. Here they are!

4: The Future

I hope you enjoyed this guide, although like I said, this is pretty rough. I really hope that you enjoy playing Pixel Piracy and wonder along with me where this game will go. For my Steam account I will hopefully keep making guides and walkthroughs for games like Terraria, Starbound, and this game. If possible I might make some stories with them, and eventually get a YouTube channel. On to the bibliography!

5: Links, and a bibliography

I got most of my information from the Pixel piracy wiki which can be found here at:

Also I thank Steam for getting me involved
