Overview
Few rescipes I came up with while experimenting in people playground. Yep. 3 weeks of mixing and testing on several ragdolls.Hope it will prove usefull to you, might even help you grind few achevments on one ragdoll.
Mods needed
Hello kids
Today we are going to the store to buy dangerous chemicals.
Our shopping list:
- Flesh Acid
- Simple Syringes MOD
- Syringes++
- Skittle’s Syringes MOD
- Flasks- More of them
Immortality serum
Ingredients:
- Life (syringe or flask)
- Coagulant (syringe or flask)
- Blood (suringe or flask)
- Adrenaline (syringe or flask)- this one is optional
Preparation:
Inject the syringes into injectable flask and extract the mix with empty syringe or attach the flasks to blood tank, pull the ingredients inside and once done distribute to the ragdoll via blood cable.
Effects:
Ragdoll with this in their bloodstream will regenerate after taking damage.
Only weaknesses are: Acid and Electricity.
Electricity doesn’t make the ragdoll bleed- bleeding is required to make the serum circulate through the body, so if you electricute your ragdoll- simply shoot or stab it, it will regenerate from that.
Acid on the other hand is the way to kill the immortal- it breaks the body appart, making the circulation of the serum useless.
As a side effect ragdoll tends to jerk around while “waking up”, I can recomend either injecting it with knockout syringe or “spiking” the immortality serum with knockout chems.
“Dead while standing” serum
Ingredients:
- Decay (syringe)
- Cure (syringe)
- Regeneration (syringe)
- Revive (syringe)
Preperation
Inject all the syringes into injectable flask and either copy the full flask to fill blood tank with the mix or extract the mix from the flask with empty syringe.
Reminder- do no substitute cure syringe with anti-rot syringe!
Using anti-rot syringe as an ingredient makes decay syringe not work.
Effect:
Injected ragdoll won’t show much for the first couple seconds after injection, but if you inspect it you will see that it starts to rot.
At first the rotting will reset but after that the ragdoll will rot to about 51% and temorarly collapse.
Collapse happens because of integrity almost reaching 0%, but one of the chemicals will make the integrity revert back to 100%.
After a short minute the ragdoll will die, still standing up, which is certainly pretty impressive looking.
Fun fact– despite the inspect screen showing that it’s dead, the ragdoll will have a pulse for a conciderable time before flatlining.
Second injection will revive the ragdoll, remove the rot and make it usable again.
You can repeat the cycle multiple times, but you need to wait a bit before injections after revival.
Mister skinless serum
Ingredients:
- Meat (syringe)
- Revive (syringe)
- Regeneration (syringe)
- Unbreaking (syringe)
- Painkiller (syringe)- optional
- Knockout (syringe)- optional
Preperation:
Inject the ingredients to the injectable flask and copy the flask to fill up the blood tank or extract the mix with empty syringe. I recommend using the empty syringe, the effects are far more controlable.
Unbreaking is a mandatory ingredient!! Without it your ragdoll will break it’s bones and die or get dismembered while moving.
Effect:
Injected ragdoll will become skinless, but will still live (hooray). Unfortunatelly for the ragdoll it lives in constant pain and it’s legs are unusable. For some reason the inection always destroys their legs, but they can be fixed with second injection.
If you want to watch it whrithe you can inject it with life syringe- it will start to regenerate it’s skin, but meat injection part will almost imediatelly disolve it, making the ragdoll seize on the ground.
Mister Bones serum
Ingredients:
- Flesh Acid (syringe
- Regeneration (syringe)
- Revive (syringe)
- Cure (syringe)
- Knockout (syringe)- optional
Preperation:
Inject ingredients into injectable flasks and either copy+paste the flasks to fill up a blood tank
or extract the mix with empty syringe. I recomend using empty syringe, it’s far more controlable this way.
Effects:
Injected ragdoll will loose all of it’s meat, leaving only skelleton, yet it will still be alive.
Due to lack of muscle the ragdoll will only be able to slightly lift itself from the bed or floor.|
Unfortunatelly, just like Mister Skinless serum, this injection obliterates legs of the ragdoll.
Inection with life syringe has the same effect as inecting a ragdoll with Mister Skinless serum in it’s veins- lot’s of writhing and a display of creation and destruction.
If you want to feel extra spicy you can inject a controllable ragdoll from one mod with it and try to walk around.

I still hope there will be more mods adding more ingredients, I like challanging myself to keep a ragdoll alive without using immortality syringe or god syringe.
