Introduction
Chips System (6th Feb 2018 update)
– Chip is a new system introduced at Dimensional Ops Centre.
– Chips can be mounted onto gears to provide bonus stats.
There are 8 chips type:
Red,Blue,Yellow,Green,
Purple,Black,Dark,Platinum
– The Color of the chip must be matching the color of the slot on the gear in
order to be mounted.
– The first 7 types can be obtained in Dimensional Ops Centre while Platinum
chips can be obtained via Interdimensional Material Conversion (Bitna Lee).
All Chips are obtained as the form of Chip Box(consumable) which can be used
to obtain chip.
– The same chip can provide different type of bonus when mounted onto different
type of gear with exception of Enhanced Platinum Chips which can only be
mounted onto specific type of gear.
Unlocking Chips
1. Talk to Dr.Jung at Dimensional Ops Centre to receive the quest.
– Go to GearBooster v13 ‘Poe’ and open a slot on any gear.
– Report back to Dr.Jung at Dimensional Ops Centre.
– You have successfully unlocked the Chip Menu. ( access it by press “;” )
Opening Slots
1. You have to open chip slots before you can mount chips onto the gear.
2. Core has maximum of 3 slots, Modules has 2 slots while Trinkets have 1 slot.
3. To open a chip slot.Talk to GearBooster v13 ‘Poe’ at Dimensional Ops Centre and press D.
4. Right click on the gear you wish to open a chip slot in your inventory and make sure you have enough credit to open the slot.
5. When you successfully opened a slot, a random slot type(color) will be chosen.
Changing Slot Type
1. In order to change the slot type, you will need a Slot Type Modification Tool.
2. Right click on Slot-Type Modification Tool to bring up the menu

3. Drivers can be used as additive to change the slot-type into a specific slot-type with a higher success rate.E.g. Blue Driver increase chance of getting blue slot.
While “Real” version of drivers e.g. Real Blue Driver increase the chance of getting the specific slot type to 100%.
*Slot-Type Modification Tool can gained from Cash Shop and it’s marketable
*Drivers gained from Chip Gacha (not good for F2P players) and it’s marketable
Mounting Chips
1. Chips can only be mounted onto the matching slot-type with exception of Dual Chip which has 2 colors, as long as the slot-type matches one of the colors, the Dual Chip can be mounted.
2. Talk to GearBooster v13 ‘Poe’ at Dimensional Ops Centre press D and choose Equip Chips.
3. Choose the chip slot and the equipable chip list will be shown on the right.
4. Choose the chip you want and mount it.
Unmounting Chips
1. Talk to GearBooster v13 ‘Poe’ at Dimensional Ops Centre and press D to bring up the chip tab.
2. Choose unequip chip.
3. Right click on the gear you wish to unmount chip to select it.
4. Choose, the choose that you want to unmount and click unequip to unmount it.
5. Chip unmounted will be destroyed. ( poof away like da smoke )
6. A Chip Protector can be used to protect the chip from being destroyed when unmounting. (means you get it back)
*2x “Chip Protector” will be given if you finish Chip Introduction Quest from Dr. Jung
Single Color Chips
– Can be obtained via:
1. Chip Box that drops in Tiamat Dungeon and specific Training Program.
2. Rewards for Bonus Objective in Tiamat Side-Dungeons.
3. Achievement and Quest reward.
4. Event
-Single Color Chips can be upgraded to higher quality via Chip Inventory.
Dual Chip
1. Dual Chips can be crafted from two single color chip in Chip Inventory.
2. Dual Chips can be mounted onto the slot as long as the slot-type match one of its color.
Dismantling 3* Costume Piece to get good Chips
1. When dismantling 3* costume pieces, you have a chance to get a random chip box or a random number of chip mats. (sure, it’s include Platinum)
2. This is one of the way to get good chips beside gacha. (which is good for f2p players like me)
