Collecting Tokens

The 5th entrant on day 4 is an Imporian female who is coming to visit her son. She will have invalid papers. Use the search function to point it out, then give her a green stamp. This will get you the Impor Token and the achievement of the same name.

The 8th entrant on day 5 is an Antegrian male who has escaped from the tyranny of Antegria. He willa have valid papers. However, his wife, who is just after him, will have invalid papers. If you point out her mistake but give her a green stamp anyway, she will give you an Antegria token, and you will get the Antegria token achievement.

The 8th entrant on day 3 is Jorji Costava. He has no papers at all. After you use the search function to interrogate him, he will leave on his own. He will come back the next day with a fake passport (He drew it himself with crayon). If you approve him, he will give you the Obristan token, although this is not a good idea, because after coming back on day 6 then day 8, he will finally have valid papers on day 11, and approving him then will allow you to get the Obristan token and an achievement without getting a citation.

The 4th entrant on day 12 is Messof Anegovych. He will have valid papers. Before leaving, he will give you 4 of his business cards and ask you to give them to engineers. If you give out all 4 by the time he comes back on day 16, you will get the Arstotzka token and the achievement of the same name.

The 6th entrant on day 21 is Danic Lorun. He has invalid papers. He will offer you his watch as collateral and 5 credits to be allowed entry. Approve him. If anyone asks to buy the watch, do not let them. He will come back on day 23 to get his watch back. If you give it back, he will offer you 20 credits, then complain that the watch is scratched and ask you to give the 20 credits. Do as he says, and DO NOT DETAIN HIM. If you approve him, he will give you back the 20 credits and you will get the Republia token and the Republia token achievement.

The 5th entrant on day 25 will have invalid papers, and will try to persuade you to allow him entry by giving you a love note. You may detain him/her. Give the seventh entrant, a depressed Kolechian the love note and you will get the Kolechia token and achievement.

The 8th entrant on day 29 is a Federal father who's daughter was killed by Simon Wens, a wanted serial child killer. He gives you a picture of his daughter, and asks that if you see him, you let him in but confiscate his passport, so that the father can find him and make him suffer. He will then leave on his own accord. The next day, Simon Wens is the 3rd entrant. Follow the father's instructions. The father will come back later that day. Give him Simon Wens's passport and the photo of his daughter. You will then get the United Federation token and the steam achievement.
