Tips and Tricks
First and most important trick, is successful selling and buying.
This builds up a experience bonus, helping you to level up much faster in your Merchant level.
(Bonus goes 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128. Depending on how many succesful sales you got in a row.)
Failing to sell something will break the chain and end the combo.
Another tip/trick is to save at the beginning of each day. In a new save.
Since the game is governed by random factors you will sometimes need to reload a save to try again at certain things. Like spesific customers visiting your store.

Price range & Budget
So there are 2 ways NPCs buy items.
From store selection – They can always afford this.
Ordering – They have a budget they work out of.
(When they order multiple items, their budget is increased as many times as items they’ve ordered.)
The budget is decided by how much they like you.
When they get a heart over their heads when you sell/buy from them, that means you’ve ranked them up and their budget has increased.
I will for now just include Rank 0 Budgets as after you get them up once, it’s less likely you will go over it.
<= means Less or Equal
>= means More or Equal
< means Less (Not fully researched)
> means More (Not fully researched)
1000><2000 means Between those two numbers (Not fully researched)
NB! These percentages are the ones I have NEVER had refused from the customers in question. And since selling multiple items without any failures makes the bonus grow, that really helps with increasing your merchant level.
