Quickest and easiest way to progress in the Conjuration skill tree
Method 1 – Soul Trap
The following is an easy way to get your conjuration skill to 100. In order to do this you need the spell Soul Trap, which can be bought for roughly 250-300 gold from Farengar Secret-Fire at Dragonsreach or Phinis Gestor at the College of Winterhold.
Once you have the soul trap, find and kill an enemy and take them to a safe location. Once there just keep casting soul trap on them to your heart’s desire, remembering to wait an hour everytime you run out of magicka to speed up the process, because even though the spell might not work it still counts towards the conjuration skill. You’ll be at skill level 100 in no time!
Method 2 – Bound Weapon
Another way to level conjuration is to trap a larger enemy behind an archway, and cast a bound <weapon> spell. So long as you are in the presence of the foe, you will gain skill by casting Bound Sword, Bound Battleaxe, or Bound Bow.
Method 3 : Alternate Bound Weapon
Summon a Thrall, Familiar, Atronach, etc and then conjure up your bound sword/bow/dagger and use said conjured creature as a punching bag.
(Note: This does not work if you have the “Soul Stealer” perk purchased on the Conjuration Skill Tree due to the fact that if Soul Stealer is active it will use Soul Trap on your Summoned Entity and will cast it away immediately)
