1º You need to do this: Add -console to your hl2 executable. Watch my video if you have more doubts.
2º In game, press ‘ and type sv_cheats 1, and press enter.
3º Use your cheats and have fun!

No damage: god
Never Die: buddha
Infinite power for your suit: infinite_aux_power or sv_infinite_aux_power (Outbreak)
All weapons and ammo: impulse 101
Kill all npc’s in the area: npc_kill
Enemies don’t attack: notarget
Walk through walls: noclip
Spawn a scout car: ch_createjeep
Spawn an airboat: ch_createairboat
Spawn an airboat: impulse 83
