Preface
If you have ever wanted to play a mission that is not covered in the game missions, then make it your self.
This guide will lead you in creating a mission called SILENT RUNNING
If you do as I do in this guide when you are finsh you will have a new single mission, and you will have made the first steps in making your own missions.
so follow along then when you have made many of your oun share them with otheres in the gameing comunity.

GETTING STARTED
Some times it helps if you can visulize the mission flow.
and messages like breffings and intell reports.
here is a cheap way of making a flow chart, with the paint program that comes with I thank all windows computers but not sure.
yes it is simple and not realy all that great but it is a good step to do first to make the mission creation easier and faster.
you can right the breffing messages in full or part. including intell messages.
I would surjest that if you have a long list of messages you want to use in the game as far as I know in the editor that comes with the game you can only get one intell or tasking message to be shown in the game so it would be easier to use the example as a method to have more then one intell report. I will show you what I mean later in the creation in the mission editor part of this guide.

after I completted the mission editor I thank you might want to brng the supply ship in closer but I am leaving just the way it is.
