Overview
This guide is a strategy, character, and plot discussion for English fan of Christmas Imprint. Note that the strategy and walkthrough cites the work of MBSforevert, a link to their original work is in the guide.I am working on adding short discussion of each segment and the background story.
Introduction
“If love had colours, what would it be? If the wind had colours, what would it be? If you heart had colours? I always felt that it would be white, for some reason.”
-Prologue, Crimson Imprint Plus
Crimson Imprint Plus: Nonexistent Christmas is a visual novel written by Hollowings, which is a famous Chinese h-game developer known for their storytelling and good CG quality.
The game is an update to the old Crimson Imprint, and features new endings of BE, NE, and GE. There are three routes which can be taken, and all of them are quite touching. I recommend that if you buy this game to follow through in all three routes.
Strategy
The game basically runs on a point system, to determine if you end up in BE or GE. There are also a few options that lead directly to the NE (for me, the NE is actually also a BE). Earning six or above points leads to the GE, otherwise you will end up in BE unless you chose NE route.

Choosing to watch it will earn you achievement “You have a dirty mind”, and neither gain nor lose points (+0)
Choosing to skip the scene will earn you achievement “You are a good child” and earn you points (+5)
Choice 2: Going to the Hospital with Xiaoye for Checkup
Choosing to accept Xiaoye’s decision to go alone leads directly to the NE
Choosing to persuade her will neither gain nor lose points (+0)

Choice 5: Saying Goodbye
Choosing to tell Xiaoye “it’s ok, I have changed the ticket” leads to no change in points (+0)
Choosing to tell Xiaoye “It’s ok, as long as we are together forever” leads to gain points (+2)
Choice 6: The Second H-Scene
Choosing to tell Xiaoye “I don’t want it” loses points (-2)
Choosing to tell Xiaoye “I want it” gains points (+2)
Choosing to tell Xiaoye “I don’t know” neither gains nor loses points (+0)
Notes:
Note: It is recommended to watch it in Choice 1, since there are many places you can gain points later.
Note that all three choices in Choice 6 don’t lead to H-scene.
Endings (Warning: SPOILER ALERT)
Bad Ending: Final Peace
Alas, it was too late. Xiaoye is finally found, but her cancer has progressed to stage 4, it is terminal. The protagonist can only comfort Xiaoye in her final moments.
Neutral Ending: The Nonexistent Christmas
Who knew that this goodbye would really be final? It is not until many years later than Xiaoye’s medical history is finally found, but her whereabouts are unknown.
Good Ending: White Day
Fortunately, Xiaoye was found in time and her cancer can be treated. A beautiful and happy future awaits!
Notes:
The GE leads to the theme track of the game, “White Christmas” as well as a new main menu screen.
Characters (Contains Spoiler)
Prologue: If you heart, if the wind, if love had colours, what would it be? For some reason, the protagonist in his heart always believes that the heart must be white. In his mind, it is a day of reunion in the snow…
Most Important Characters (note I use western convention of family name second)
Lin Du (杜林) Main character, first year in Medical College. His father and elder brother are famous physicians, but unfortunately he is afraid of blood and therefore can only study clinical (bedside?) medicine. He moves from college dorm to live across from Xiye. He has a true tone and posseses enviable musical talent. His name means “forest”.
Xiye Li (黎曦夜) Main character, third year in high school (last year of high school in China). She lives across from Lin Du in the smallest room of the building. Although her family is poor, she works very hard and scores the best grades in her class. She later becomes Lin Du’s girlfriend. Her name means “bright night”.
Qingfeng Zuo (左清风) A friend and former roommate of Lin Du. He is really rich, but wants freedom from his parents and their wealth to marry the girl he loves. He likes Lin Du because Lin Du doesn’t care about using him for wealth or connections. His name means “clear wind”.
