Overview
This guide teaches you how to install a mouse mod. Useful for people using a resolution higher than 1080p since there is no UI scaling. Also for those who don’t want their mouse to move as much when the screen shakes during explosions.
What This Is
Yolomouse is a mod that changes your in-game cursor. This game has no UI(User interface) scaling so above 1080p the UI is too small. At 1440p You can still see things but it’s harder to keep track of minimap changes and your cursor is so small you can lose track of it during larger fights. Users at 4k have it even rougher. With this cursor mod you can make the cursor bigger so you can see it or make other changes to it based on preference.
This mod used to be free but they now charge a few dollars. No other alternatives to fix old game problems so we do what we gotta do.
How To
– Download [link]
– Install and run it. Should get Yolo icon and start with Windows
– Open game
– Press CTRL – Alt – 1 simultaneously to change cursor and cycle through different types. Will have to do for each different cursor in the game
Hotkey List
CTRL ALT 1
Change game cursor. Repeat to cycle additional choices
CTRL ALT 2
Same but with new 3D overlay cursors
CTRL ALT 3
Cycle through colour options
CTRL ALT 0
Reset current cursor to the game’s default
CTRL ALT – or +
Decrease or increase cursor size. Can also resize original game cursor
CTRL ALT D
Change all game cursors to currently active Yolo cursor
