Definitive Guide to DarkMage

Overview

This guide is focused on those who want to advance several floors in the Dungeon without worrying about being aware of the game and advancing as fast as possible. I will focus on two teams one DM Claw and Dm Noxin , and two equipment the duration and one for gold, essences and itemsnote: Guide updated to version 1.0.8 “current”I hope I can help with the information in this guide, feel free to comment and give some advice if you see how to improve the composition of the DM

Option to advance faster

A new command line is added to the previous scripts, since when two enemies ambushed us, the DL did not attack and only DM attacked, which made it two turns to kill them now in one turn they will kill them

Team composition and scripts

Our team will be made up of:
1. Nurse
2. Thief
3. Mystic / Nurse
4. DarkMage
5. DarkMage
6. DarkLord

I recommend this order in case it puts any negative state to an ally so that the nurse heals quickly.

They can vary the order of Mystic, Thief and DarkLord if you wish (DarkMage it is best to leave them between position 4 to 6 since they will attack the enemy with more Tech Gem damage from the back and because putting them first would avoid cures, theft of essences and regeneration of MP).

Equipment in case they do not require MP:
This composition focuses on maintaining high damage and when the time comes we will have so much MP that it will not be a problem to go without Mystic:

1. Nurse
2. Thief
3. DarkLord
4. DarkMage
5. DarkMage
6. DarkMage

I position 1st a nurse to heal quickly in case of ambush, the place of Thief and DarkLord can vary (the DarkLord will attack first regardless of position) DarkMage last because they will be at the back of the enemy, which will make Tech Gem have more damage.

Scripts: I recommend having characters minimum at nvl 25 that unlock your skill.

Thief:
there are 3 options in the thief script

Thief Essences
1 Enemy Has Essence Ransack
2 Enemy Weakest Defend

which focuses on defending and ransack only enemies with essences

Thief without essences
1 Enemy Weakest Defend

This focuses on the final game where they already earn more gold than the essences and by eliminating the Thief attack animation, they gain seconds, it helps to open the 3 chests (it seems that in v 1.0.5 they will open faster when you have to a thief)

Thief searches for essences and attacks Miniboss and boss
1 Enemy Has Essence Ransack
2 Enemy Rank> norm Ransack
3 Enemy Weakest Defend

This applies the same to Thief Essences only it will attack the miniboss (5th floor) and boss (10th floor) in case they do not have essences and need that damage.

If they only wanted me to attack a specific one, they would switch to
2 Enemy Rank = “miniboss – boss” Ransack

Mystic :
1 Ally Status Effect != positive Recharge
2 Enemy Weakest Defend

she allows us to regenerate MP.

Nurse: 1 Self HP <80% Group Heal
2 Ally HP <80% First Aid
3 Enemy Weakest Defend

Your script allows us when the nurse has -80% Hp to heal in the area more than anything in case it has a negative state, if an ally has -80% Hp , to heal it and defend it if neither of these two states is met.

DarkMage:
there are two options go with Noxin or go with Phastasmal Claw , I leave it to your choice 🙂 .

DM Claw :
1 Enemy Team Alive >1 Phastasmal Claw
2 Enemy Isn’t Ore Strongest Single-Target Attack

with Claw its advantage is that it costs 2MP, its animation is faster, but it has less damage and it takes up an accessory space that we can change to equip another item with it.

We need to use Phantasmal Claw for the script to work .

DM Noxin :
1 Enemy Team Alive >1 Noxin
2 Enemy Isn’t Ore Strongest Single-Target Attack

This has the Noxin that has a higher damage compared to claw, but it costs 4MP and its animation is longer.

This script will be one of our sources of damage. I was testing it to use only Noxin and Phastasmal Claw when there were >2 enemies, but I found a problem that when attacking the 1st Darkmage and if the thief had attacked an enemy with essences, it killed 1 of the 3 enemies and what the second darkmage did was that it attacked with a tech gem, one of the two that was left alive which made it one more round, because there was an enemy with very little life.

DarkLord:
recommended to hit 12k with the DL group attack, these allow us to kill the last janitor ,thanks sardcore .

This script helps us that the dark lord uses his attack area when there are two or more enemies and in the mini-bosses of the 5, 10 floors of each floor and the Janitor.

It is important that he is alive since it prevents that if there is an attack against an ally that can kill him, he stays in 1 life. in addition to its great damage in area.

Note : in case you want to prove that the DL kills everyone with your group attack
he just tried to test the DL that would kill everyone with his attack in a group, but its counterpart is that if they ambush and put a negative state, the others die, since they only attack and heal on the 1st, 5th and 10th floors .

Option to advance faster

This part focuses on faster advancement and I recommend it for when you are above +100k in the dungeon at the cost of earning less essences, but there comes a time when we earn more gold than essences that will not be affected.

The team will be as follows:

1. Nurse
2. Thief
3. DarkLord
4. DarkMage
5. DarkMage
6. DarkMage

We will use these scripts that will allow us to fast forward change a bit compared to the Team composition and scripts scripts ( basically it changes the amount of cures and enemies that we attack and we go to the basic attack of the DarkLord ).

Nurse:
1 Self HP <80% Group Heal
2 Ally HP <80% First Aid
3 Enemy Weakest Defend

Thief :
1 Enemy Rank = Boss Default Attack
2 Enemy Weakest Defend

The thief focused it to attack the boss (10th floor), in case we require damage if we spend hours in the dungeon.

DM Claw :

DarkLord :

This would be a second option, more than anything because the darklord can fail his critic and with this what he does is that on the 10th floor he uses his area attack for the boss

Relics

1st page we will focus on physical damage and magic damage, the physical damage scales more and this will serve us for the DarkLord and the Magic scale a little less but it is compensated with the items that give us magic damage, then it would be focusing on starting to increase attack, hp, mp and also it doesn’t hurt to upload the golden relic (just remember the relic of essences and the one of regeneration of life).

2nd page we will focus to have to the maximum the relic of Resistance, after that the relic of xp and finally the relic to find keys will help us to obtain more that will serve us for fairies and recover the team mp.

3rd page in this part, the relics when we have our character in lvl 50 would focus on uploading DarkLord then DarkMage and finally Thief, Nurse, Mystic.

Equipment

Remember this part is a suggestion you can change the equipment as you feel better, but some objects I see essential.

I have been thinking and why not carry all Back Protector equipment in ambushes to avoid a double enemy attack and thanks to the DarkLord if they give us an attack that can kill us we are left with 1HP

and honestly so that we take so much protection if the nurse cures us (maybe a state like burn, poisoning could kill us but I see it unlikely)

later the relic of essences will be able to go up more so that in the future it may be the best equipment

Note: I am using the pet Aurora that gives 8% Find essences

The darklord will be the mainstay of the team, so the relic that we would upload the most would be the one of its kind so that if they attack it, it will not die.

Objects that I consider essential in the equipment

We started with an item that I consider the best to use in the team for each member of the team to carry.Back Protector will avoid a double hit in case of ambush

must go in DarkMage
This object helps us to quickly clean what are floor 1, head of floor 5 and 10 the DL is already in charge of the janitor.
equip it on the 2/3 DarkMage

Thief , Nurse and Mystic :
I consider using Back Protector . the rest of the equipment of your choice, I will still leave images with the equipment I use 🙂

DarkMage :
DarkMage focused it with the highest magic damage, back protector and tech gem, I will leave you the items that would be the best in the final game (maybe they will add more in the future)

I will leave the objects I use for Primary Weapon, Shield, Armor I recommend that one of them have space to use in Tech Gem

pearl gem is one of the best gems to use in terms of damage and life in case of not having one of them a good option is Red Gem

DarkLord :
I consider him the member who must resist the damage, since if he dies he can finish our advance through a dungeon

I have used 3 items with the Back Protector, Silver Necklace, Essence Magnet


Equipment: this equipment is with DM Claw if used with DM Noxin it would be to change

This team is balanced to search for essences, gold and objects.

the thief focuses on damage to help bosses, the nurse and DL on damage reduction to survive, DM on damage, and mystic looking for items and gold

Equipment Essences, Objects and Gold

in case we want to live to the limit 🙂 have more gold and some essences.
it doesn’t last as many hours but it still works fine.
if used with Claw it would be to change Essence Magnet for Phastasmal Claw, it will reduce us -10% to find essences but we will go faster.

even so I consider that the equipment section is the most balanced in all.

Pet

Aurora: it will give nvl 8 a total of 8% of finding essences.

I consider it the best option 🙂 because it helps us have a better chance that an enemy per floor has essences.

Keys

Currently the use that I give to the keys focuses on the MP so that it has enough at all times to remember that the more it has the same, they can reduce the amount of the key setting we find in the castle when we are going to enter the dungeon at right side as last option.

I recommend starting at 100% and going down as you have more MP.

the best way to fast forward in the dungeon is to mark healing fairy and warp (because no mineshaft or bonus treasure we waste a lot of time) I recommend having the option to save a key for healing fairy marked

Conclusions

This guide is updated to version 1.0.8 which is the current version of soda dungeon 2.
