All regular and secret Achievements from the game.
Regular Achievements Part I
Lock-On and deploy the Quad Arc upgrade of the Tesla Knuckle on four enemies at once.
Enter a classic numerical code in the game’s first keypad. For the first time its “0451”.
Engage in all 3 (!!) Tutorials in Adam’s first mission in Dubai.
#1 – After hacking the first door panel.
#2 – After the first elevator ride.
#3 – In the room after the 2nd tutorial.
Install at least one experimental augmentation.
Buy one of the new “experimental” augs (e.g. Icarus Dash). You can do this immediately after main mission 3.
Complete & win the debate with Talos Rucker in Mission 7.
Choose following dialogue options:
#1 Turn Tables
#2 Patronize
#3 Justify
#4 Turn Tables
Use the Ice Drill to bypass a large section of the GARM facility in Mission 13.
Right after the mission starts you go up a ladder and reach the drill room. You must put a biocell into the drill console. If you don’t have a biocell you can find one at the end of the hallway on the office desk (only 20 meters/yards from the drill console).
Now do the following:
- Press left-button on drill console (will move the drill
- In the conversation the best option is “Scold” (doesn’t really matter, but if you mess it up enemies will enter the room)
- Up-Button on drill console
- Up-Button again on drill console
- Right-Button on drill console
- Activate red console button and you’re done
Land an Icarus Landing & Strike on foes and clear out the pack with the Typhoon. Just to make sure. You can do this in the open world anytime after “Main Mission 3”
You triggered zero alarms during an entire playthrough.
It’s okay when enemies get suspicious of you. As long as they don’t trigger an actual alarm it doesn’t matter. Alarms will show in red text on the right side of the your screen
The following actions trigger alarms and must be avoided:
- Running into red laser grid
- Failed Hacks (Timer reaches 0:00/Access Point is traced) – ALWAYS back out of the hack when time runs out or you are traced.
- Enemy activates Alarm Panel
- Enemy finds someone’s body, then goes on to trigger an alarm
- Security camera finds a body
- Shooting security camera / security robots
- Security cameras going full red
- Turrets going full red and shooting at you
- At the end of the game in mission 16 you must go to Miller first instead of fighting Marchenko! Fighting Marchenko before going to Miller will trigger an unavoidable alarm in mission 17!
- on alps mission – inform vega, not miller. Overwise, alarm will be raised in the second hangar
With Koller’s help and the Neuroplasticity Calibrator, eliminate overclocking for experimental augs. Reward for completing Side Mission 08: The Fix.
Cross enemy territory like a ghost, raising no hostile reaction from anyone.
Flawlessly disable a Drone via Remote Hacking.
You can do this in the open world anytime after “Main Mission 3” (best spot is the drone by the street of Adams apartement) and you’ve fully upgraded the augmentation “Remote Hacking”.
Fully upgrade a branch of your Augmentation Tree. Buy all the upgrades for one type of augmentation. You can do this immediately after main mission 3.
Complete one Hacking Challenge with Fog Security without using a Reveal Software.
Incapacitate a cloaked enemy while still remaining cloaked yourself.
Requirements are a “Cloak Takedown Support” upgrade of the Glass-Shield Augmentation. It will let you melee takedown enemies while remaining cloaked yourself.
Invest in at least one augmentation in every branch of the Aug Tree.
Note from Turpentine:
[color=green]For those whom are completing the achievement with New Game+… Make sure Typhoon is purchased, since it appears as if it’s purchased after seeing Koller the first time.[/color]
You completed Deus Ex: Mankind Divided™ without killing a single soul. Bosses are people, too.
For this you must finish an entire playthrough without killing anyone. At the very start of the game you will be asked whether you want non-lethal or lethal weapons. Choose the non-lethal option. From here on out only use the Tranquilizer Rifle, Stun Pistol, Gas Grenades, Melee Knockouts and other non-lethal methods.
Ram Dash into an enemy NPC with a fully charged Icarus Dash.
You must fully upgrade the augmentation “Icarus Dash” for this.

Fully upgrade a weapon of your choice.
Have Singh’s back when it matters most.
To get the trophy & achievement you must ignore all enemies and run straight to the chopper. If you take to long Singh will get killed by the enemies!
Land an Explosive Nanoblade Shot on three enemies at once while the Focus Augmentation is active. [color=red]Best spot is a Russian underground casino. You actually go there during “Side Mission 4: The Calibrator”. Either do it during this side mission or return later after completing it (enemies will still be there).[/color]
Regular Achievements Part II
Deus Ex Is All About Cucumbers…
For this trophy one cucumber must be shot and destroyed by an enemy. Shooting it yourself won’t do anything. Youcan do this in Mission 7 “The Rucker Extraction” if you go through a huge market area with a lots of cucumbers.
Collect and read every unique eBook.
Find the missing Gold Penguin and return him back to his colony.
The gold penguin is located in the starting area of this mission 7 “The Ruckler Extraction”. You must bring him back and just put the penguin on the chair with the other penguins.
When you reach the first area with enemies there’s a cutscene. After the cutscene run straight to the end of the area and drop down one floor. Go through the door on the left. Here you can punch a hole in the wall. Behind that wall is the penguin colony.
Block an incoming enemy explosive with the Titan Shield.

Use both Knockback & Precision functions of the P.E.P.S. Arm Cannon at least once.

You managed to bring Koller the Neuroplasticity Calibrator before he even asked you for it.
nstead of following the normal story path you must do the objective of “Side Mission 4: The Calibrator” before this side mission even starts.
At the start of main mission 2 use the subway to travel to the north-eastern point of Prague. Now go to the Russian underground casino. In the office on the top floor is a safe. Get the calibrator from the safe (hack the keypad near safe to open it). Now go back the way you came and follow the waypoints to “Mission 3: Getting in Top Shape Again”. Complete Mission 3 and at the end Koller asks you for the calibrator. Give it to him and the trophy unlocks.
Important notes from Cronkllr and Pinta:
[color=green]Side quest 04 and side quest 09 become unavailbe/ imposible to do if playing on the same playthrough you did it on.
Since you do the mission objective from mission 4 before it starts, you have no other oppurtunity to meet Otar and get the “Honor Holds Us All Together” and “All in the Family” achievements. Because you already completed the main mission objective, you’ll get XP, but mission 4 won’t even start.[/color]
[color=yellow]Simple fix for this problem: If you are going after this achievement you should make a save game file prior to entering the casino ( stealing the capacitor). So after you Earn this achievement you can reload the save file and play the game as normal to be able to play the side quest 4 & 9.[/color]
You completed Deus Ex: Mankind Divided™ on any difficulty.
Secret Achievements
You pieced together the mysterious contact and aided Helle in remembering who she really is.
You activate this mission by inspecting one of the many broken ad panel in Prague.
[color=red]This can only be triggered during your first and second visit to Prague and gets unavailable after mission 13.[/color]
You aided Otar when he sought help with a family matter. Reward for completing Side Mission 09.
You Know What To Do.
After mission 10 you will have to decide whether to save Allison or rob a bank. Go to help Allison. This leads you to main mission 11 where you enter the church of the machinegod (the area is locked prior to this mission). In the backyard of the church are some basketballs and a basket. You must throw the ball into the basket.
By uncovering the key to Richard’s persuasive powers, you broke his control and freed his followers.
Reward for completing Side Mission: Cult of Personality.

Note from Pinta:
[color=green]This quest can be done by two ways, and only the longer one will grant you achievement. Instead of sneaking and taking out Richard, you must find a poster in the area, which will lead you into a small shop into the city. Now just follow the quest notes and you’ll get the achievement.[/color]
You completed the debate with Allison Stanek.
After main mission 10 you have to decide whether to save Allison or rob a bank. For this trophy you must go help Allison (Main Mission 11). You will get this trophy automatically after the conversation with her. Your dialogue choices dont matter.
You helped Olivie escape Prague. Reward for completing Side Mission 07: “Fade to Black”.
By using the Antidote, you saved the life of Jim Miller.
You get this by playing the Bank Heist after Main Mission 10 (story decision). You can either go save Allison or rob a Bank. The bank robbery is required to get the Antidote. At the end of the game, after defeating the endboss, you have a chance to save Miller. He is bleeding out on the kitchen floor. When you robbed the bank you can give him the antidote to save his life.
You completed the debate with Otar Botkoveli.
This is unlocked by completing Side Mission 04. If you want him to give you the item without a fight, choose dialogue options: Straight > Compliment > Straight.
You completed Deus Ex: Mankind Divided™ on the highest possible difficulty.
You freed K and Bones from the prison cell and escorted them to safety.
Reward for completing Side Mission: K is for Kazdy.
You used Marchenko’s Kill Switch to defeat him, proving that some things can cut deeper than steel.
You halted the production of Neon in the city.
Reward for completing Side Mission 00: Neon Nights. To trigger this mission you must visit a small yard near Adam’s Apartment (southern part of the map). There’s a restricted area (red) on the map. One single enemy can be found there. Also in the restricted area is a safe. Inside the safe you’ll find a pocket secretary. Read it to start the mission.
You opted to work with the Samizdat group & spread their news throughout Picus media streams. Reward for completing Side Mission 05: Samizdat.
Additional notes from Darturias:
[color=green]When you use the CASIE System the Achievement not unlock maybe. If you do that, you must help him with the bank side mission. Getting the water report and unlocking the transmission system what gives you the achievement.[/color]
You managed to stop both the bombing & the Orchid poisoning. You’re a living legend!
In mission 16 you must either go save Miller or fight Marchenko. You have to go fight Marchenko first. You only have 10 minutes to reach him! After 10 minutes he will trigger the bombs. Rush to him as quickly as you can and defeat him. Then go on to save Miller and the delegates.

You made a tough decision as to whether Irenka Bauer or Edward Brod would get to stay in Prague. Reward for completing Side Mission 01: The Golden Ticket.
You convinced Detective Montag that neither Gunn nor Radko could be the murderer.
Reward for completing Side Mission 10: The Harvester.
Using the CASIE and Dr. Cipra’s keyword, you convinced Daria she isn’t who she thinks she is.
[color=red]Reward for completing Side Mission: The Last Harvest. This will trigger only if you’ve completed Side Mission 10 “The Harvester”, did all the optional objectives there and unlocked the trophy for that quest. [/color]
Using Jim’s keycard, you infiltrated the NSN and viewed a recording without triggering any alarms.
During this mission 9 “Checking Out the Men in Charge” you’ll have to use the neural subnet in the TF29 facility to visit a computer simulation (just like breach mode). You have to complete one short level without raising an alarm.
You watched the End Credits and found the surprise inside.
Breach Achievements
Complete the Santeau Darknet File.
Complete a Darknet File.
Complete all servers in the Tier 1 Network.
Complete all servers in the Tier 2 Network.
Complete all servers in the Tier 3 Network.
Complete 5 Tier 4 Network servers.
Complete a server using 6 Expansion Items at once.
Complete 10 Santeau servers.
Succed in 3 Data Sphere deliveries.
DLC (System Rift) Achievements
Complete the System Rift Jensen Story without killing anyone.
Decide what to do with the evidence you uncovered.
Note from Darturias:
[color=green]At the end of the game if you found enough evidence about the female engineer murder and you have listened her husband outside the Palisade building before entering (and maybe if you’ve read an e-mail inside a palisade terminal when the husband says that he won’t accept money from Palisade, that what he wants is revenge) you can choose to give the data to that man’s lawyer for him to expose the truth. Haven’t tested the alternatives, so maybe leaking them into the DarkWeb might do the trick too [/color]
Get the data that Pritchard is after from within the Palisade Blade.
Plant ShadowChild’s figurine.

[color=green]Accept ShadowChild task to get the figurine. Then when you’re inside the Palisade you have to put it inside Leona’s office in the third floor.[/color]
Get the Blade lobby desk clerk to help you bypass security.
Note from Darturias:
[color=green]If you talk to ShadowChild before trying to get into the Palisade building she will tell you the reception guy is a hacker too and he will open the door for you if you tell the password “Baba Yaga – 50”.[/color]
Get Slaw to open the security door within the Palisade Blade.

[color=green]Look for Slaw inside the Palisade building, around the atrium. When you talk to him he will help you opening a door.[/color]
Find all pieces of evidence behind the Saridakis murder.
Complete the server chamber area without being detected by any HeatEye cameras or enemies.
