Overview
With this guide, you can get rid of the annoying “always on” microphone problem, and still talk with your friends on TeamSpeak, Skype, Mumble etc.

DiRT3 is a great game, now it’s free too, so the multiplayer scene is full of new people, but there’s one annoying thing… it’s impossible to disable your microphone, so everyone can hear you. Sure, you can disable your microphone from the sound manager, but in that case, you cannot talk with your friends on TS, Skype or any other VOIP platform. But there is a fix!
- 1. Download MorphVOX Jr (Free) from here[www.screamingbee.com]
- 2. Install it.
- 3. Go to “Sound” (Win+R -> Type: mmsys.cpl)
- 4. Choose “Recording” tab, right click on “Screaming Bee Audio” and make it the Default Communication Device:
- 5. Open MorphVOX Jr, and disable the sound:
- 6. Open your VOIP program (Skype, TeamSpeak etc.) and set the “Capture Device” to your original microphone, NOT Screaming Bee.
- 7. Test it in the game multiplayer lobby, if the speaker didn’t respond, you did everything well.

A DiRT3 egy kiváló játék, és miután ingyenesen elérhetővé vált, a többjátékos módja is felpezsdült, azonban akad egy gond… mégpedig a folyamatos adáson lévő mikrofon, amit sehogy se tudunk kikapcsolni, így mindenki hallja azt amit csinálunk. Persze, ki lehet kapcsolni a mikrofont a hangkezelőnél, de akkor nem tudunk beszélni a barátainkkal Skype-on, TeamSpeak-en stb.. Azonban van egy megoldás!
- 1. Töltsétek le a MorphVOX Jr (Free) programot innen.[www.screamingbee.com]
- 2. Telepítsétek.
- 3. “Hang” (Win+R -> és írd be hogy: mmsys.cpl)
- 4. Válasszátok ki a “Felvétel” fület, jobb klikk a “Screaming Bee Audio”-ra és állítsátok be, mint “Alapértelmezett Kommunikációs Eszköz”:
- 5. Nyissátok meg a MorphVOX Jr-t, és kapcsoljátok ki a hangot:
- 6. Nyissátok meg a kedvenc VOIP programotokat (Skype, TeamSpeak stb.) és állítsátok be a ti igazi mikrofonotokat, mint alapértelmezett hangrögzítő eszközt.
- 7. Teszteljétek egy üres többjátékos szobába, ha a hangszóró nem reagál, mindent jól csináltatok.

DiRT3 e un ottimo gioco, ed ora che era possibile ottenerlo gratis, anche la componente multigiocatore si e rinvigorita, c’é peró un grave problema… il microfono costantemente accesso, e l’impossibilitá di spegnerlo. Certo, si puo disattivare tramite i Dispositivi di Registrazione, ma in questo modo non possiamo parlare con i nostri amici su Skype, TeamSpeak, etc.. Ma esiste un modo molto semplice per risolvere il tutto:
- 1. Scaricate MorphVOX Jr (Free) da qui.[www.screamingbee.com]
- 2. Installatelo.
- 3. Aprite “Audio” (Win+R -> e scrivete: mmsys.cpl)
- 4. Scegliete “Registrazione” e con un clic destro impostate “Screeming Bee Audio” come “Dispositivo di comunicazione predefinito”:
- 5. Aprite MorphVOX Jr-t, e disattivate l’audio:
- 6. Aprite il vostro programma di VOIP preferito (Skype, TeamSpeak stb.) ed scegliete il vostro VERO microfono, nelle impostazioni di registrazione:
- 7. Fate un test in una lobby multigiocatore, se l’altoparlante non si accende, avete fatto tutto bene.
