Overview
This is just a simple uncensor patch for a couple of lines of dialogue relating to the gender-swapping demon, that were censored in the PC, PS4 and Nintendo Switch versions of the game.

Such is the official stance of NIS America, as stated by themselves, as of 2020.
All previous censorship to games, made by NISA, have been attributed to the old team, by NISA itself, whose members are apparently no longer a part of the company.
However, when Disgaea 4 Complete+ released on the PS4 and Nintendo Switch last year, it included some minor censorship.
Since the PC version is simply a port of the PS4 version, it retains the censorship of a few lines of dialogue, which this patch seeks to address.

This Uncensor Patch will come in two versions: The “JP Version” and the “Trap Version”.
The “JP Version” will make the conversation between the demon who is lying about its gender, closer to the original Japanese text.
The “Trap version” will be the same as the “JP version”, apart from one change. It will restore the “Trap joke” that was present in the old PS3 and Vita versions. I will say, however, that the trap joke does not exist in the original Japanese script, and was entirely the fabrication of the localization team. However, for those who want it back, now you can.

The “JP Version” conversation goes as follows:
1) And now, a word from your newest Senator!
2) Hold it! You can’t fool us any longer!
3) I know the truth! You’re a man, right!?
4) Which means! Your educational credentials are total lies!
5) True, I have lied about my gender! I mean, I am a demon, after all.
6) Cuteness reigns supreme!
7) Entourage: “That’s right!”
8) Fan: “I don’t even care!”
9) Bystander: “As long as you’re cute!”
10) And so, they all found out that they have been spectacularly deceived!
Quite a marvelous job, indeed!
The “Trap version” only changes line number 10 to this:
10) And so, everyone admitted that they don’t mind some trap action, even among plant life.
That’s…good to know!

1) Download the version you want.
2) Unzip it with either WinRAR or 7-zip. The password is “UP”, without the quotation marks.
3) Backup the original file! DO IT!!!
4) Simply drop the “Data” folder into your Disgaea 4 Complete+ installation directory, and overwrite when prompted.
5) Play the game and enjoy.
