1. Download the savegame from the following uploader

2. Extract the downloaded file to your save folder
C:Users…DocumentsMy GamesSid Meier’s Civilization VISavesSingle
3. Load TERRIBLE_PERSON_POLAND save in the main menu
4. Game Tasks
- Your city – Łódź – is located in the middle of Gandhi’s territory.
- The Military Engineer is standing between borders of Jabalpur and Agra.
- Gandhi is constructing one of the wonders (Big Ben) in Agra City by the river next to your Military Engineer Unit.
- Click on your Military Engineer and build Improvement: Fort in the place where he is standing.
5. Ending
You should get the achievement right after building an Improvement: Fort and destroying Gandhi’s incomplete wonder by initiating a Culture Bomb.
