Level 1 UAC Administration
First doll is right at the beginning in the second room behind some crates.
And the second one is at the end of the level near the exit behind some big crates, too.

Level 2 Lazarus Labs
The third doll is in the big hall with the laser-minigame. You have to open the Wall panel with the red light. And the fourth one is hidden at the end of the level. Dont activate the teleporter and teleport into the hole in the ground. Check the video for locations.
Level 3 Ravine Substructure
The dolls in Level 3 are close together. After the Berserker Power-Up you can walk through a big yellow gate. In this area both dolls are hidden. Check the video for locations.
