Imporant Note
This spot is only available after completing the quest O’ Brother Where Art Thou? – Which will be available after meeting with Rais for the first time and running the hoops for him. The electronics and batteries will also only spawn as long as you stay in the session – meaning that if you quit to menu or quit the game it will no longer return.
However, it is still very effective because it spawns 3 batteries and 3 electronics every time, and the closest sleeping bag is 1 grapplehook away (See video for details)
– You will have to start a NG+ though progress and finish the “Pact with Rais” quest (which should take 25-30) minutes.
– Meaning it will only be effective if you farm it for and excessive amount of time – but will be worth it in the long run.
