Einlanzer GuideA detailed guide to completing the Chest Quest side mission obtained in Nynnyaw. This guide will help you find all five tickets on each of the three rounds of the Chest Quest game.
Chest Quest: Round 1 (Towns)
Note: This side-quest was designed to be a fun excuse to explore with your new airship. This guide is recommended only for use when you have already searched and are stuck unable to find one of the tickets.
In order to start the Chest Quest game, you must go to a small house in the town of Nynnyaw that is just east of the large fort. Talk to the dwarf there to start the game.
For the Chest Quest game, you are tasked with flying around the world (only in Lanzer’s realm, not Canaan or the Abyss) and collecting five numbered tickets in three different rounds. On each round, once you’ve found all five tickets, return to the Chest Quest house in Nynnyaw to receive a unique prize.
Round 1 (Towns)
Ticket #1
Travel to Sea Breeze, the first town you ever visited in the game. Ticket #1 is located on the western side of town by the trees.
Ticket #2
Probably the first ticket you’ll find is located in Nynnyaw where you first went on the Chest Quest. Ticket #2 is located on the eastern side of town north of the eastern gate behind some children building a snowman.
Ticket #3
The chest containing Ticket #3 is located in Kuli, the small town south of Castle Fusilier. It is on the southeast side next to a tent.
Ticket #4
Fly to Alabaster and park The Princess in the small patch of grass between the houses.
The chest containing Ticket #4 is located at the far northern side of town behind a house and next to the psychic who tells you how many enemies you’ve slain.
Ticket #5
Land your airship in front of Fusilier Castle and proceed into the western half of the town. Walk up the steps to reach the higher part of the town. Ticket #5 is located on the northern side of town under a withered tree.
Chest Quest: Round 2 (Dungeons)

Round 2 (Dungeons)
Ticket #1
The Royal Riddari Crypt is the location of the chest containing Ticket #1 for the dungeons portion of the Chest Quest. Fly to Riddari, then go slightly northwest to find the small island with the crypt. Once inside, go down the first set of stairs, then head west. The chest lies between two coffins just inside this room.
Ticket #2
North of the town of Dryden is a series of caves called the Dryden Passage. You want to go in the cave entrance that is farthest to the north. Inside lies the chest near a bridge you moved earlier in the game.
Ticket #3
Head south of Castle Fusilier to the crumbling, ancient castle. Go through the front gate past the castle walls, head left, then go inside the open door. Just inside to the northeast lies the chest containing Ticket #3.
Ticket #4
Southeast of Fusilier Castle is a poisoned swamp. If you enter the swamp from the west, the chest containing Ticket #4 is directly south of you.
Ticket #5
South of Swordbearer Temple is the maze-like Lanzer Forest. Enter by landing your airship to the east of the massive forest and enter by walking west. In the first area, the chest containing the final ticket for the Chest Quest is just around some trees to the northwest.
Chest Quest: Round 3 (Secret Locations)

Round 3 (Secret Locations)
Ticket #1
On the same continent as Sand and Tier, in the southwest of the desert is a / shape of mountains with a hidden town at the north point. Once inside this hidden town, the chest is easy to see on the right hand side as you enter.
Ticket #2
Fly to Riddari. If you follow the land a bit west, you will spot a lone tree that does not match the other trees native to the area. It is on the shore line at the corner of a bend in the path the land takes The chest containing Ticket #2 lies at the foot of a lone tree.
Ticket #3
Near Riddari Castle, there is a small desert island to the east-northeast. On this island there is a lone palm tree. The chest holding Ticket #3 lies at its base.
Ticket #4
Fly to the town of Alabaster. If you fly east and follow the line of mountains, eventually you will spot a river that butts into the mountains. Where the river and mountains meet is a mountain pass that is easy to miss. Once inside, the chest with Ticket #4 is easy to see on the left-hand side.
Ticket #5
On the far west side of your world map is a boomerang-shaped island that is only accessible via airship. If you have trouble finding it, fly to Dryden, then fly directly north. Land, enter the mountain pass, then find the chest containing Ticket #5 at the summit.
