Overview
Small step by step guide to enable G-sync and/or DSR.
Enable G-sync and/or DSR
As with most recent Unity games activating DSR and/or G-sync is a pain.
The game menu says that fullscreen is “exclusive fullscreen” but it’s not. It’s really just borderless fullscreen. (=no DSR/G-sync)
Following these steps I could get it to work:
1. Set the resolution in Windows to the DSR-resolution you want to use in game (skip if you just want G-sync)
2. Launch the game with -force-opengl (the background in the main menu will glitch until next step.)
3. Go into options graphics menu and select the DSR-resolution you used in step 1.
4. Save – Done!
Step 2 is optional if you only want DSR as it will work fine in DirectX- and OpenGL-mode.
If you have a SLI-setup you need to disable SLI as G-sync doesn’t work with OpenGL in SLI for some unknown reason.
Alternate method for activating G-sync without OpenGL-mode:
Run the game without any command-lines and using the GeDoSaTo utility with the setting “forceFullscreenMode true”
